Cutting in earth work and disposal of excavated earth upto a lead of 20 metres in 80% pick and 20% Jumper work

Excavation in foundations in all kinds of soil such as pick work ,jumper work, blasting hard or soft rock chiseling where blasting is prohibited or saturated soil , lift upto 1.50 mtr stacking the excavated soil not more than 3.00 mtr clear from the edge of the excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm layers when required into plinth sides of foundation consolidating each deposited layers by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 Sand :10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in: Retaining walls/Breast walls in Foundation and Plinth.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth

Providing & Laying Cement Concrete 1:1/2:3 (1 Cement:1/2 Sand:3 Graded Stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth.

Vertical walls (any thickness attached pillesters, buttresses plinth and string courses etc. form top of foundation and plinth.

Suspended floors, roofs,landing and shelves and their support, balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilever upto floor two level.

Foundation footings bases of columns and the like and mass concrete.

P/L RCC work 1:2;4 (1 cement :2 sand : 4 graded stone agg. 20mm N/s) and curring complete excluding the cost of form work and reinfocement for reinforced work in:-

suspended floor, roofs, landing shelves and their support balconies beams, griders. bressumers and cantilever within all lead and lifts.

Providing tor steel reinforcement for RCC work i/c bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level (tor steel)

Random rubble masonry/polygonal rubble masonry (Uncoursed/brought to courses) with hard stone of approved quality in foundation and plinth including levelling and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement:6 sand: 12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 sand) in breast walls and retaining walls. Including all lead lifts and carriage of material at site and as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing angle Iron posts 2.50m high 50X50X5mm and welding of wire mash of interlink chain with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer - in - charge

Providing, fixing & welding of MS Flat 40 x 5 mm with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer - in - charge

Applying priming coat over new steel & other metal surface after & including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt & other foreign matter & new paper complete with ready mixed paint brushing red lead/red oxide/zinc oxide chrome.

Painting two costs (excluding priming cost on new steel and other metal surfaces eith enamel paint brushin to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt,dust and other foregin matters : with readymixed paint other than white

Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of read lead paint.

In beams joists, channels, angles, tees, flats with connection plates or angle cleats as in main or MS Gate with plain grill.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick so as to give a fair finish including centering, shuttering strutting and propping etc. height of propping and centering below supporting floor to cielling not exceeding 4.00 mtr and removal of the same for insitu reinforced concrete and plian concrete work in:-

Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillaster buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like with in all leads and lifts.

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landings and the like upto 200mm. In thickness with in all leads and lifts.

Providing and placing horizontal layer of filtering media. duly graded screened washed and cleaned as specified by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Top layer Fine sand screened,cleaned washed and graded effective size 0.2 to 0.4mm with uniformity cofficient 2.0 to 3.0 from approved source.

Second layer Coursed sand screened cleaned washed and graded from 3mm to 6mm from approved source.

Third layer Bajri screened washed and graded from 6mm to 20mm from approved source.

Fourth layer Bajri (coarsed) screened washed and graded from 20mm to 25mm from approved source.

Bottom layer Broken stone screened washed and graded from 50mm to 75mm from approved source.

Brickes layer under bottom layer of filter media.

Providing and fixing of 3.15mm MS Sheet Manhole cover 600X600mm fixed on all sides with ISA 40x25x5mm top angle iron frame hinged on ISA 35x35x5mm bottom angle iron frame as per drawing. Pieces of MS Flat 20x4mm, 0.15m long be fixed on all sides as hold fast. The operation of manufacturing shall including cutting of MS Sheet, Angle Section & welding of MS Sheets, Angle Section, Hinges, Handles 150mm long, 20x4mm flats, locking arrangement and applying a priming coat of steel primer after pretreatment of surface to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

White washing with lime on undecorated wall surfaces two coats to give an even shade including throughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt dust mortar dirt and other foreign matter.

P/F sand cast/cast iron spun spigot and socket soil, waste and ventilating pipes (lead caulked joints to be meassured and paid for separately)
