NS - Provisions for supply of Diesel engine pumpset for dewatering, comprising a four-stroke, water-cooled diesel engine rated up to 12 bhp at 1200-1400 rpm, directly coupled to a centrifugal pump of 1200 LPM having suction size 150 mm and discharge size 150 mm, complete with all supports, couplings, guards, trolley and fittings as follows: Engine: Four-stroke, water-cooled diesel engine, up to 12 bhp capacity, operating at 1400 rpm, with direct drive coupling. Suitable for continuous operation in water-lifting duty. Pump: Horizontal centrifugal pump of 1200 LPM with suction nozzle 150 mm and discharge nozzle 150 mm, designed for sewerage water service. Pump to be of cast-iron or equivalent material, suitable for mounting on the common base with the engine. Pumpset assembly: Engine and pump mounted on a common structural base frame with wheel for transportable trolley and suitable vibration-damping measures. Rigid coupling between engine and pump shaft with metallic coupling guard complete. Inlet and outlet fittings: Complete with suction isolating valve, foot valve, strainer, and flexible/joint as required on the suction side. On discharge side: non-return valve, gate/ stop valve, and pressure gauge as standard water-supply-pump practice. Ancillary provisions: Transportable with factory fitted revolving trolley with foundation bolts, nuts, and washers. including all necessary couplings, guards, piping connections (flanges), Lubrication and cooling system as per engine manufacturer’s standard. Scope of supply: The item shall be “complete in all respects.”

NS- Providing, DG set on rental basis: Three-phase, 415 V, 50 Hz diesel generator set minimum: 60–65 kVA if only pumping load and motors are started sequentially comfortable / safer choice: 63 kVA prime-power DG set, especially for 2 no.s 30 BHP motors may start nearly together and additional small loads (lights, control panel, small tools) are fed from the same. Technical Specification Power supply for 2 nos. 3-phase 30 HP non-clog submersible motor pumps used for dewatering / water logging in low-lying areas. Three-phase diesel generator set (DG), 415 V, 50 Hz, 0.8 PF. Prime-power rating: Minimum 63 kVA with sequential starting strictly ensured. Motor pumping load details: 2 nos. 3-phase 30 HP submersible non-clog pumps. SDOL or star-delta by pump vendor’s control panel: DG must be capable of starting and running both motors preferably with sufficient stiffness to avoid nuisance tripping. Rental period: Specify duration 3 month and working hours (e.g., 12–16 hours per day). DG must operate continuously under varying load without overheating or voltage instability. Protective and electrical features: Suitable main LT distribution panel / MCC-cum-distribution box with proper IP rating for outdoor-wet-area use. Protection: Over-load, short-circuit, earth-fault, and low-voltage protection for each motor feeder. Environmental and safety: DG set to be placed on a firm, level, and well-drained platform. Noise-reduced/silent canopy preferred for urban or residential-proximity sites as per instruction by Engineer-in-Charge.

NS- Supply of heavy-duty cotton or polyester hose pipe for dewatering size of 200 mm internal diameter (I/D), suitable for water delivery applications. Key Specifications: Material: Cotton or polyester jacket with PVC/PU inner lining for durability and flexibility. Size: 200 mm (8 inches) I/D: standard lengths of 30 meters per coil, customizable up to 200 meters. Suitable pvc coupler and clamp for jointing hoses. Working Pressure: 8-10 bar (minimum), capable of handling water discharge without kinking. Standards: Compliant with Indian manufacturing norms for fire-fighting/water delivery hoses: foldable, lightweight design and other specification. All other require materials complete in all respect.
