Earth work excavation for foundation in all soils and sub soils and to full depth as may be directed except in hard rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring, strutting and baling out water wherever necessary and refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layers of 15cm thick well rammed and consolidated & depositing the surplus earth in places shown by departmental officers with an initial lead of 10m and lift of 2m and clearing and levelling the site etc. complete complying with standard specification.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (one cement four fine aggregates and eight coarse aggregates) using 40mm size ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and including for the mixing, laying and labour charges and all incidential charges such as water providing etc., complete as per standard specification

Collection supply and filling of well gravel filling approved quarry including cost and Conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for filling etc., Complete.

Supplying and erecting, centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting upto 3.29m height for plane surfaces as detailed below in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheet of 90cm x60cm BG 10 gauge stiffened with welded M.S. angle of 25 x 25 x 3mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.50 cm spaced at about 90 cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10 cm to 13 cm dia spaced at not less than 75 cm centre to centre or at suitable intervals etc. complete in all floors complying with standard specification. (The payment for centering shall be made only after the concrete is laid. The retrieved materials should be taken back by the contractor) For Column footing and Plinth Beam

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position M.S. or R.T.S. reinforcements grill for RCC works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The contractor will have to make his own arrangements for the supply of M.S. plain rods / RTS rods and binding wire)

Providing and laying in position Standardised concrete mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS:456 ,2000 using20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 325 kg/m3 and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55,Including admixture (plasticiser/super plasticiser ) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete.improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5 cu.m) 7730 kg , of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and without (3.3 cu.m) 5156 kg. of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m )7670 kg ,of sand,but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering and also including laying ,vibrating with mechanical vibrators,finishing,curing etc.and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra etc.complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS standards,(No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials). Specifications as per TNDSS NO: 30 V, VI (S3), VII-3.

Brick Work in Cement Mortor 1:5 Mix (one cement, five M- sand) using new best II Class Stock Bricks of size 9 ” x 4 3/8 “x 2 3/4 ” / Fly Ash Bricks from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site. Loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc. complete. Complying with std. specifications. For Ground Floor

Special ceiling Plastering in Cement Mortor 1:3 Mix (one Cement, Three sand ) 10mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc. complete . complying with std. specifications

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five sand), 12 mm thick in all floors including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing M.S. Grill Door, Ventilator of approved design and as directed by the departmental officers including cost of MS Ventilator, labour charges and cost of one coat of red oxide primer with labour charges for priming coat etc. complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and fixing of push and pull type Rolling shutter confirming to IS 6248/1979 and as amended from time to time. With ISI make of approved size and section using 18 gauge G.I.sheet.The shutter shall be painted with one coat of red oxide primer and the rate is inclusive of Hood covers , transportation charges etc., and as directed by Engineer incharge.( SOR 132A)

Supplying and Fixing Teak wood Door panelled shutter with frame for door Fully panelled with 50mm Thick T.W. planks the door shutter Styles will be 75mm x40mm & Top rail 100 mm x40mm the lock rail will be of 125mm x40mm and the bottom raill will be 150mm x40mm and including cost of furniture fittings and cost of wind appliances and Labour charges for fixing Furniture etc and fixing up shutters in position and best french (Lac) polishing with two coats . T.W. doors windows ventilator including cleaning the surface etc., complete complying with standard specifications .

Supplying and fabrication and fixing in position of anodised natural colour matt fininsh sliding window in TWO track in all floors with following sizes. All the two shutters with slinging entering and made with UPVC (ultra Polyvinyl Chloride ) section for outer frames as shown below with necessary accessories such rubber beading.clips, handle and fixing 5 mm thick clear sheet glass including all required for fabrication etc., complete. Necessary dismantling making holes in RCC columns, beams, mansory wherever necessary with power drill to the extent required and made good to the original conditions after fixing as directed by the departmental officers. (All materials should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before fixing in position).

LOUVERED VENTILATOR Supplying fabricating and fixing in position of Alumi,Anodised natural colour matt finished LOUVERED VENTILATOR fixed window with three panels using 62*38*[email protected]/m and the louvers with moving arrangement will be made with Aluminium channel of size 60*30*4 mm @ 1.27kg/m with necessary glass panes for louvers 4mm thick Aluminium clips , including all materials,labour,power consumption charges required for fabrication if necessary chipping dismantling making necessary holes in RCC coloumns, Beams or masonry wherever necessary with power drill to the extent required and made good to the original conditions after fixing as drected by the departmental officers The Aluminium surfaces should be anodised with matt finish under electrically condition in accordance with IS specification 1868/1962 of Anodic thickness of not less than 15 microns (fifteen) complete. All the materials should be got approved by the Engineer incharge before fixing as directed .

Fabricating, supplying and fixing in positon of SOLID PVC DOORS with frames of different sizes as per the specifications given below: PVC door frames made out of best quality PVC extruded section of 40mm * 58 mm * 2.50 mm +/- 0.3 mm thick, having multichamber cross section and duly reinforced with steel to be mitre cut at the corners and welded including providing tie rod at the bottom and necessary weather seal etc., and PVC door shutters made out of extruded plastic section of 60 mm * 24 mm size in the configruation of an "A" section for shutter frames and multi-chamber hollow plastic section of 200 mm *200 mm*1 mm (average thickness) with tongue and groove section for panels etc., with necessary holdfasts, rubber beedings, furniture fittings, locking arrangements etc., complete including dimantling the masnery, making chippings, holes in the RCC column, beam etc., wherever necessary with power drill to the extent required and redoing the same to the original condition after fixing etc., complete as per specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Paving the floor with designed coloured Vitrified tiles of size 600 x 600 x 8mm of best quality and approved variety complying / confirming ISI specification land over cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 20mm thick and pomted with same coloured cement neatly etc., complete.

Weathering course concrete using best quality broken brick jelly of size 20mm uniform gauge in pure slaked lime the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32:12-1/2 by volume and laid over the RCC roof slab in a single layer and consolidated to the required finished thickness by beating the concrete with wooden, beaters of approved pattern keeping the surface constantly wet by sprinkling jaggery and lime water etc. complete complying with standard specification.

Finishing the top of roof with one course of approved first quality Machine Pressed Tiles of size 230mm x 230mm x 20mm thick of approved quality laid in Cement Mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to Indian standard as approved by the departmental officers at 2% by weight of cement used and the joints pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with the same mortar mixed with the water proofing compound and red oxide etc. complete complying with standard specification.

Painting Two Coats on new Iron works with best synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and quality without priming coat including the cost all materials etc., complete, in all floors.

Painting two coats with ready mixed Plastic Emulsion Paint approved quality and colour over a priming coat, including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, etc complete and including necessary plaster of paris, putty, wherever required etc, complete as per standard specification.

Paving the floor with design Antiskirt ceramic tiles (colour and shade as directed) of size 305 mm x 305mm x 6 mm in all floors over a base layer of cement mortar 1:3 (One part of Cement and Three part of Plastering Sand (P- Sand)), 20mm thick laid in-situ and pointed with same coloured cement

Dadooing walls with glazed tiles of size 300mm X 200mm X6mm size of approved make and quality and colour 1set in cement morter 1:2 ( one cement two sand) over 10mm base layer plastering and pointing with white cement neatly as directed

Supplying and fixing in position best approved quality and make white glazed earthen ware oriya type Indian water closet of size 580 mm with P or S trap embedding the closet and trap to shape in position with brick jelly lime concrete 1:2:5 (one lime two sand and five brick jelly) using 40 mm broken brick jelly and finishing the top to required slope and including giving connections to the PVC soil stacks using 600mm length of 100mm dia CI pipe by dismantling masonry, RCC roof or floor slabs and making good, the disturbed portion to original condition without and leakage etc. complete as directed by the departmental officers and complying with standard specifications (The water closet P or S trap are to be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works)

Supplying and fixing in position colour glazed EUROPEAN WATER CLOSET with 'P' or 'S' trap and double flapped seat cover, 12.50 litres capacity P.V.C. low level FLUSHING TANK including all internal fittings fixed on C.I. brackets, 12mm PVC or brass nipple, chromium plated brown headed stopcock, 12mm nylon connection with necessary teakwood plugs, clamps, screws to the portion coming with walls and floors, including dismantling masonry and redoing the same to the original condition.

Wiring with 2 x 22/0.3mm PVC insulated multistrand copper conductor cable of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessories in flush with wall and covered with hylum sheet of 3mm thick with TW switch box and making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for PVC concealed light point ( 5 points / coil) (SD23)

Wiring with 2 x 22/0.3mm PVC insulated multistrand copper conductor cable of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessories in flush with wall and covered with hylum sheet of 3mm thick with TW switch box to house the fan regulator and control switch and making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for PVC concealed fan point (5 points / coil) (SD23)

Wiring with 2x4 sqmm(56/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu.Conductor cable of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessories, in flush with wall, with 150mm x 100mm x 113mm TW switch box with 3mm thick hylem sheet for 15 A 3 pin non inter locking CS plug with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire , and making good of the concealed portion, with suitable colour for concealed power plug point (SD40)

Supply and fixing of 4'40 W single industrial type flu.fitting complete with copper choke and condenser with conduit pipe suspension from the ceiling with PVC unsheathed Copper leads from the terminals to the fitting with flu.tube. (SD89)

Supply and fixing of 1200mm sweep AC ceiling fan complete with stepped electronic regulator with 300mm down rod on other existing clamp.(SD 106)
