Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade one or more coats on old work HSR No.30.27.1.

Painting with oil type wood preservative of approved brand and manufacture old work (one or more coats) HSR No.30.26.1

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08 % and conforming to I.S. 15622, of approved make, in all colours & shade, in skirting, riser of steps, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1 :3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joint with white cement & matching pigments etc. complete Size of Tile 500x500 mm HSR No.10.67.1.

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge in cement mortar HSR No.5.7.4.

Regarding terracing of mud phaska covered with tiles or brick, in sqm cement mortar by dismantling tiles or bricks, removing mud plaster, preparing the surface of mud phaska to proper slope, relaying mud plaster gobri leaping and tiles or bricks, grouted in cement mortar 1 :3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand), including replacing unserviceable tiles or bricks with new ones and disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground (the cost of the new tiles or brick excluded), all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge HSR No.30.9.

Brick work with common burnt clay non-modular bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand) HSR No.7.21.1.

White washing with lime to give an even shade Old work (one or more coats) HSR No.30.23.2

Providing and fixing ISi marked flush door shutters conforming to IS : 2202 (Part I) decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched teak 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters 30 mm thick including ISi marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws HSR No.12.36.2
