RECTIFICATION OF THE MECHANICAL SIDE OF HVAC SYSTEM (WITHOUT BMS) FOR DIAMOND JUBILEE COMPLEX, IIT KHARAGPUR

Insulation of Chilled water pump with supply of Nitrile rubber (Armacell / Supreme / K-Flex / A-Flex) with necessary adhesive and finally with 24 gauge Aluminium cladding boxing.

Installation of separate quick fill line of 50 mm dia for 3 nos Cooling Tower with supply of necessary reputed make PVC pipe and Valve of 40 mm dia.

Installation of dedicated drain line with supply of 100 mm dia MS pipe, ancillary MS fittings, necessary welding and finally finish with painting.

Supply and installation of low & high level switch with necessary electrical cabling from make up tank to pump room and further with BMS and local display.

Supply and installation of drain valve and AAV for each TFA after removing of insulation and further good finish of the same with insulation including supply of 2 nos 1/2" valve & 1 no AAV for each TFA of ZOLOTO / Equivalent make.

Sypply and fixing of 40 mm ball valve for drain point of vertical raiser including removing & re finish of existing insulation.

Supply & fixing of 1/2" ball valve - 4 nos. and 1/2" AAV - 2 no for each header inclding necessary removing and re finishing of insulation. All valve & AAV are ZOLOTO / Equivalent.
