Scope of Work

Designing, installation, wiring, testing and complete commissioing of electrical circuit for operation of DC motor of LOS during grid failure in all four units by providing of 08 Nos. Supply monitoring device -(series SM-501 Phase and voltage Control, Cat No. MG53BH, Supply of 415 V AC, Three phase 3- N, Frequency 47- 63 Hz, Contact 250V AC, 5A Res, Phase Asy 10%, Telease time 5 Sec, Make: - GENERAL INDUSTRIAL CONTROLS PVT. LTD.), 10 Nos. contactor ( LTAC panels of rukti HEP of make L&T, Ue:-415 V, Ith:- 10A, Ie:- 4A, AC:- 15, Model No. EN 60947-5-1.), repair and replacement of 02 Nos. ammeter, 02 Nos Voltmeter, 01 Nos. GRMP 16 window 30-250 V AC/DC annaunciator. For circuit desiging 200 meters of 2.5 mm2 wire is needed. After complete installation and wiring of electrical components, final testing of designed circuit has to be done as per the entire satisfaction of EIC.

Providing/Supplying, erection and fixing following type of Pressure die Cast Aluminium Housing LED solar Street Light Luminaries with Heat Resistant Toughned Glass with Lens having protection IP65/IP66, complete with all accessories, connections, testing and commissioning etc. for streetlights weir site, forebay, HRT Rukti Power House as per the followng specification:- - 12 Nos. 60 watt-LED Streetlights - Make: Bajaj/C&S/Havells/Sysk3/equivelent and others of good and reputed company. - Surge Protection(internal/external): 4kv/8kv - Street Light bracket made of G.I. pipe of suitable size fitted with high tensile bolts and nuts at the top of existing pole; - Suitable sized dia. G.I. pipe, heavy class. Wiring to be done using 2.5mm square approx. 30 meter PVC wire as required as per direction/supervision of EIC.
