Taking down cement of cement lime plaster on brick or concrete surfaces, static water tanks etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick or concrete wall surfaces and finishing the surface even and smooth at height up to 10.00 mtr (without using extra cement), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L Rough Cast Plaster on Brick Walls consisting Under Coat of Cement and Sand Mortar 1:4 not less than 10mm thick and while it is still in Plastic state the Rough Cast Mixture consisting of Crushed Stone or Fine Gravel mixed with Coarse Sand and Cement in the Ratio 1:1:1 shall be applied and finish Even, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for 15 mm thick, cement plaster in CM (1:6) on fair faces of brick or concrete on wall surfaces and finishing the surface even and smooth (without using extra cement) etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of Chalk whiting primer, preparatory to distempering, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for applying Two or more coats coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces of wall as per new sigma pattern generated by station authority by using 4 to 5 colour shades as per approved pattern as per sample approved by GE, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. (Note: the % of the colour may change without any financial effect.)

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of Ceiling and applying three coats of white wash on Ceiling, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for brick work built in CM (1:6) straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius using sub class ‘B’ bricks (Old size bricks), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling incl cement mortar bedding ( but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed. Note: All debris and rubbish shall be removed from MOD land during or at the end of each working period at his risk and cost in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for Designer Glazed coloured ceramic tiles in vertical surface (dado/skirting) 7mm thick of size 450x300mm set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in colour cement to match including rendering 10 mm thick CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for boring holes through glazed tile lining for pipes, etc n exc 50mm dia and making good, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc, laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Taking down old PVC wall panelling including fillets and mouldings and similar works of any description, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for PVC SHEET WALL PANELLING of solide thickness 5 mm consisting of panels of desired size stuck on inner frame work of 50mm wide strips of 5mm thick prelam PVC sheet. The panel & strips shall be of 600 kg / cbm density manufactured by an ISO-9000 certified company. The strips should two PVC strips. The PVC strip shall be fixed to the wall using 65mm long M.S screws through the groove in the strip by using PVC fasteners. The distance between two screws shall not be more than 200mm. A groove of 2mm may be left at the joint of two panels for aesthetic looks. The exact size of the panel and correspondingly of the grid may vary depending on the size of the wall. Optionally a U Channel at top, bottom and side edges and strips of 5mm thick PVC sheet of width 75mm feathered at the edges shall be stuck at the places where two panels are joined, using solvent cement and colour approved by GE, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. (Note- Including all necessary fittings and scaffolding for heighted site)

Dismantling of wrought iron mild steel work of any description not other wise provided, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

S&F Steel rolling shutters, gear operated type with bevel gear box and crank handle type with ball bearings, complete all as specified in SSR Part-I, including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp & staple and one shop coat of primer; erected in position (thickness of sheet/ lathes 1.25 mm and curtain inter locking curl 75 to 85 width of each trip of each strip) and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls/pillars in cement and sand mortar 1:4 and PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 for hold fasts etc, including taking down old steel shutters, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. Note: (i) Quoted rate includes making good the disturbed surfaces as per existing finished specifications. (ii) Quoted rate includes necessary use and waste of form work, if required.

M&L for preparation new plastered surface of wall, concrete surface and applying two coats of all weather exterior emulsion paints in camouflaging pattern @1.43 litre/10 sqm over and including priming coats of exterior primer of same make applied @0.9 litre/10 sqm as per new sigma pattern generated by station authority and RGB value variation from 110 to 171 by using 4 to 5 colour shades as per approved pattern at a height n.exc 25 mtr as per sample approved by GE, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. (Note: the % of the colour may change without any financial effect.)

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:6 on concrete/brick wall surfaces finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of walls & applying two coats of fire resisting paint over a coat of primer as per manufacturer instruction, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of Chalk whiting primer, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for rendering on concrete/brick surfaces 10 mm thick in CM 1:3 with water proofing compound on fair faces of brick or concrete wall surfaces of SWT finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Cleaning of SWT of any description and capacity not less than 5000 liters , descaling, washing complete with soap solution and removing vegetation/spoil/silt from SWT incl removing of spoil out side of area as directed incl repair if required or applying water proofing solution as directed by Engr-in-Charge & confirming to leak proof to the entire satisfaction, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. NOTE: Plaster and water proofing compound should be measure and paid separately.

Supply only Integral waterproofing compound for SWT treatment having sp. Gravity 1.65-1.75 confirming to BS 6920: part-1:2000, non toxic, coverage area approx-1.5 -2.0 kg/sqm @ 1mm thickness for 2 coats over entire surface, having water resistance 0.09 cm/km, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for 24 guage chicken wire mesh for plastering work at joints of wall & beam Rcc etc ,of 10 mm to 13 mm opening dia size, fix with nails, screws or supporting arrangement as required, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks (except bricks) straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radious built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan to any radious in half brick thick walls in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cm 1:6 on brick surfaces finished even and fair without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 450x300 x 6 to 7 mm thick on vertical surface such as skirting/dado etc. ,set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tile with & including rendering 10 mm thick CM 1:4 finished rough to fix tiles, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for Vitrified Ceramic tiles light shed 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles n.exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match laid over and including 10 mm thick cement screed bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.
