Dismantling black topped surface for laying pipes (Earth work in excavation to be measured and paid for seperately.complete in all respect and as per the direction of Engineer-in Charge.

Excavation in foundations,trenches etc,in earth work ,in all type of soil such as pick work, jummper work , blasting work Kankar, moorum shingles including decomposed soft and hard rock etc., up to all height stacking the excavated earth not more 3 meters clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the styacked soil in 15cm. layers, when required into plinth and sides of foundation etc., consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth up to all leads and lift etc. complete in all respect and as per the direction of Engineer-in Charge.

Providing &jointing and testing in trenches galvanised mild steel tube, by considering three layers pipes as per IS:816-1969 butt welding of joints with electrodes as per relevant codes The welding of joints to be done on both faces in two layers to make the joints leak proof and to entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in -Charge. (Heavy Class) complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in Charge.

Providing and Fixing of ISI marked Cast iron sluice valve conoforming to Is 14846 latest with up to date amendments of kirloskar /Gled / leader /KSB / VAG make for nominal pressure PN 1.6 The Valve should be of rising stem type , supplied without hand wheels but with caps . The materials for different Table 1 of 15 14646. The valves shall be installed at existing water lines by cutting existing water lines by cutting existing lines welding suitable size making flanges and spool / tail pieces etc. as per site conditions in all respects as per site conditions in all respect as per direction by Engineer-in Charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iron frame 30x30x5 mm so as to give finish including centering, shuttering strutting and propping etc. With wooden ballies and battens height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 metres and removal of the same for instu reinforced concrete and plain concrete work . including all leads and lift etc. complete in all respect and as per the direction of Engineer-in Charge.

Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters buttreses, plinths and string courses and the like. Complete in all respect as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

i) Providing and laying RCC 1:2:4 ( 1 Cement: 2 Sand: 4 graded stone) aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete in thrust/anchor blocks of appropriate size as per approved design at suitable RD's site with in all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer in charge alongwith fixing the pipe in position with anchor bolts, nuts etc. complete in all respect (reinforcement steel and form work to be paid for seperately) including entire carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts.

Welding and fixing of M.S flanges at suitable reach conforming to table 28 and 17 as per IS 6392-1971 ( Latest with up to date amendments ).( The cost of providing and laying of G.I pipes /MSERW Pipes to be measured and paid for separately ) and required number of nuts and bolts conforming to IS :1364 . The thickness of gasket not less than 3.0 mm conforming satisfaction of Engineer – in - Charge within all leads and lifts complete. 80 mm dia.
