S&F in repairs Weather proof outdoor bus bar chamber made out of 3mm thick MS sheet comprising 4 Nos aluminium strips each of 200Amps, 90cm long duly insulated mounted on insulators with 4 No’s mounting legs made out of 25mm x 25mm x 6mm angle iron grouted in PCC block of size 30cm x 30cm x 90cm (30cm depth below ground level and 60cm above ground level) in cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40mm grade crushed stone aggregate), and connections with suitable size of aluminium thimbles, nuts, bolts & washers, cable glands at entry and outlet points and excavation, earth work, returning filling in and removal of surplus soils including taking out old unserviceable bus bar chamber complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Installation of Advance encapsulated compound based CPRI tested maintenance free, pipe-in- pipe technology upgraded (Zinc & Alloy Coated), ZINC COATED (80-100) microns with pure Zinc(99.9%) & ALLOY COATING (200-250)microns. Earthing System confirming IS 3043.The outer and inner pipe should be 76.2mm & 41.9mm dia, 3mtrs Length, Zinc coated with additional special Alloy coating 300mm on the topside for additional protection of the Terminal. The annular space between the pipes being filled up with COMPACT FILLED (Crystalline Conductive Compound). The COMPACT FILLED mixture which is machine pressed in the pipes should not disintegrate or collapse when outer pipe corrodes. The inner pipe should be extended with terminals for connectivity, The job includes digging the pits and refillingthe same by BARON Conductolite Back Fill compound (Ground Enhancer), the BFC should be eco friendly it should not contain environmentally hazardous material/metal having ROHS Certification from NABL accredited lab. The earth pit should be provided with a FRP or EPCC earth pit cover for protection and safe guard of terminals. In areas where soil condition is bad, GOOD EARTH ie BLACK COTTON OR MOISTURES NORMAL SOIL is to be arranged to fill the excavated pits by mixing the arranged soil with BFC 3 bags CONDUCTOLITE BFC for installation of earth electrode. The material should have good electrical conductivity & anti corrosion property in wide range of soil conditions. The buried Conductors (GI/Copper/ALM) are to be covered by 50mm thick layer of CONDUCTOLITE for additional protection of conductors & better conductivity to lower the resistivity of soil & bring down earth resistance. Model-ASEEL-39 3m length (ZC & AC) or Equilvent in “INDELEC”, “ERICO”, “MACMATE”, “MARCONITE”.

M&L in repairs dismantling rusted/ defective outdoor LT panels door hinges and supply and fix new door hinges of existing size including cutting, welding and brazing and one coat of sythatic enamel paint(existing) complete all as specified By Engr-in-charge. Note :- Repair of complete LT panel considerded as one job

M&L straight through joint for LT cable with necessary jointing materials and ferrule including cutting down the existing unserviceable cable including locating fault for 3.5/4 core 16 to 35 Sqmm of cable all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Description all as per item No.8 above but 3.5 core 50 to 95 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5m in width and not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil from the trenches complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning/ filling including spreading, leveling, well ramming in layers not exc 25cm in thick complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m away and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and spread sand in cable trenches and providing cushioning for the cable complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Only punned thickness of 18cm will be measured for the purpose of payment.

Supply and laying un- reinforced precast concrete cable cover ,class LV , type I, flat size 250 mm x 150 mmx 40 mm complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & lay Galvanised Iron tubing 50mm bore, light grade in protection of cable at road crossing/hard standing/pole protection fixed with MS clamps of size 40 X 4 mm, nut bolts and washer as per site requirement including taking down old unserviceable pipes complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & lay Galvanised Iron tubing 80mm bore, light grade in protection of cable at road crossing/hard standing/pole protection fixed with MS clamps of size 40 X 4 mm, nut bolts and washer as per site requirement including taking down old unserviceable pipes complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only power factor correction capacitor, 5 KVAR, heavy duty 440 volts 50 Hz complete including taking down old existing capacitor complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only in repairs, capacitor duty contactor, type MOC built in auxillary contact blocks, 8.5 KVAR, 415 volts, 3 phase, 50 Hz, type MO C8.5 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 30 above but capacitor duty contactor, type MO C12.5.

M & L for painting the existing LT Ring mast steel poles of 9.0 Mtr long and above including Top Ring or bracket clamps,pole mast junction boxes etc with 2 coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer including throughly cleaning the existing surface, painting the poles with healp of hydralic crane or anyin safe conditions complete all as specified and directed.
