B&R PORTION: Demolition of brick work stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ brick, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m means radius in CM 1:6 with old size bricks complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr wide & not exc 1.5 mtr in depth for foundation etc and getting out in Soft/disintegrated rock complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in copings,foundation, plinth course, damp proof course, bed blocks, benching, PCC cills and similar items complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster any description incl racking out joints, hacking for key , scrubbing down with water etc including removal of debrish from the MOD land complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished using wpc @200 ml per bag of cement ( wpc to be paid measured and seperately) even and smooth without using extra ( Externally) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint (Apex) over a coat of primer and 2 to 3mm thich wall care putty complete all as specified and directed. Note: (a) All painting work to be done using mechanical sprayer with all condition of smart periodical (b) Authorised applicator of paint manufactures shall have valid authorisation letter from the manufacturer (minimun regional HQs) issued not earlier than 30 days days from bid start date of the said work. (c) The contractor shall provide application,testing and certification of finishes by paint manufacturing firms/their authorised applicators. (d) Cost of above mentioned shall also included in quoted rates. Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates, framed trusses etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Steel work in tubular trusses round or rectangular pipes including square plates, special shaped washer etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes confrming IS complete all as specified and directed.
