Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 42 inch LED monitor, 4K Ultra HD Smart TV having AI processor with remote controller including stabilizer complete.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of SCADA software runtime with unlimited tags/Screens to be installed and deployed on the stand alone PC along with report generation software and historian software. Note: Price inclusive of Development of all screens showing all layouts of pump houses along with valves, pressure transmitters, ultrasonic sensors, flow meters and switches, solenoid valves etc. and all necessary communication cables. Note: SCADA software shall be develop, operate, program and modify by agencies other than developer while executing of AMC of the system. Software and programming shall not be intellectual property of any agency. SCADA shall be capable of integrating the additional installations. SCADA system should have provision of both manual and automatic operation. Note :- (a) Contractor shall supply all software updations for 10 years and the quoted rates shall be deemed to be included for the provisions. (b) SCADA system shall be audited for cyber security by the certified firms at time of commissioning. Subsequent cyber security audit required shall be carried out after every three years and the cost of audit and rectification shall be borne by the contractor.

NOTE FOR Sl No. 2 to 29 :- MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIN FOR FIRST YEAR (IN DEFECT LIABILITY PERIOD): Annual comprehensive maintenance and outsourcing the resources for monitoring, management and operation of water management control system to be in functional state. It includes providing the following: 1) Three company trained technicians (OEM of SCADA based water supply automation system) for central console station for attending/monitoring breakdown and preventive maintenance of entire SCADA system installed under above schedule during the first year of defect liability period in three shifts including Sunday and Holiday (One technician in each shift). The technician shall be competent in the following fields:- (a) Trouble shooting, repairs and maintenance of PLC based panels. (b) Establishing communication between PLC based panels and the SCADA control centre. (c) Uploading and Downloading the ladder logic based programs (d) Manual/Remote operating form the PLC based Panel/SCADA software. 2) Tools and machineries.

3) All spares required for smooth and efficient working of the system. The technician shall carry out below described duties: a) Servicing of all motorised butterfly valves once every quarter (in three months) including cleaning, greasing checking for wear and tear, checking electrical terminatins as required. b) Cleaning all PLC based panels once in Six months including checking electrical terminations all as required. c) Servicing of all pressure switches and solenoid valves once every six months including cleaning, Greasing checking for wear and tear, checking electrical terminations all as required. The technician shall submit reports in soft/hard copy format as required by the Engineer-In-Charge. d) Complete cost of GPRS based communications static IP and wired broadband charges for 12 months are included in the quoted rate.

Note for M &O: a) Spare part repaired for the above mentioned is deemed to be included in the quoted rates. b) The man power so provided shall also be responsible for operation of following equipement provided in the same location (same site). i) Pump sets ii) Bore wells iii) Mon block pump sets iv) Chlorine Pumps v) Operation of gate/sluice valves as directed. 4) All the hardware and software requirement, replacement of defective field equipements etc to keep the entire system functional is included in the quoted rates. 5) During currency of defect liability period any fault occurring in the system shall be addressed within 48 hours. Failing this contractor shall be liable to be compensated as per following: i) upto 48 hours: NIL ii) Above 48 hours and upto 72 hours: Rs 5000 per Fault. iii) Beyond 72 hours: Rs. 10000 Per fault.

MAINTENANCE ANDOPERATIN FOR SECOND YEAR (IN DEFECT LIABILITY PERIOD):- Providing services for OEM trained technician for round O'clock duties 3 shifts in a day including Sunday and holiday) for central console server for attending/monitoring the breakdown and preventive maintenance of entire SCADA system installed under above schedule after first year of defect liability period. The technician shall be competent in the following fields: a) Trouble shooting, repairs and maintenance of PLC based pannels. b) Establishing communication between PLC based panels and the SCADA control centre. c) Uploading and Downloading the ladder logic based programs. d) Manual/Remote operation from the PLC based Panel/SCADA software. e) Technician shall be responsible for all sort of periodical servicing required to entire automated water supply distribution system like PLC panels, Motorised valves, sensors etc.

a) Servicing of all motorised butterfly valves once every quarter (in three months) including cleaning, greasing checking for wear and tear, checking electrical terminations all as required. b) Cleaning all PLC based panels once in six months including checking electrical terminatins all as required. c) Servicing of all pressure switches and slenoid valves once every six months including cleaning, Greasing checking for wear and tear, checking electrical terminations all as required. The technician shall cubmit reports in soft/hard copy format as required by the Engineer-In-Charge. d) Complete cost of GPRS based communications static IP and wired broadband charges for 12 months are included in the quoted rate.

Supply install testing and commissioning of Ring main unit 11 KV 630 amps 21 KA motor operated compact outdoor type both side extensible non draw out type CCCV (1 Nos load break switch (OD) as incomer and 1 No fixed type motor operated Vacuum circuit Breaker (VL) and 2 Nos load break switch (OD) as outgoing) SAFEPLUS compact gas insulated Ring Main Unit. All live parts enclosed in a robotically welded stainless steel tank of IP 67 class of protection with battery and battery charger including PCC platform earth work etc.

Supply install testing and commissioning of Ring main unit 11 KV 630 amps 21 KA motor operated compact outdoor type both side extensible non draw out type CCCC (1 Nos load break switch (OD) as incomer and 3 Nos load break switch (OD) as incomer as outgoing) SAFEPLUS compact gas insulated Ring Main Unit. All live parts enclosed in a robotically welded stainless steel tank of IP 67 class of protection with battery and battery charger including PCC platform earth work etc.

M & L for providing earthing with GI earth plate electrode 600 X 600 X 6mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25M deep below ground level ) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5M below ground level connected to GI strip 25 x 4mm thick for earthing lead fixed by means of nuts,bolt,washers etc connected to earth test point complete all as specified in electrical plate NO 3 of SSR1996 part 1 ,including earthing soil resistivity improvement compound Gel min 10 KG per earth pit and soil resistivity improvement compound (Magnesium sulphate 50 KGs, Salt 50 KGs and Charcoal 50 KGs) 150 KG per earth pit and necessary excavation and earth work in any strata of soil, GI water pipe with 20mm dia funnel &wire mesh PCC pit with CI cover and frame etc all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling air break operated switches insulators and operating mechanism for repair/replacement of broken/worn out components and insulators etc. or carrying to MES store (spare/components fro replacement to be provided free by department)

Dismantling of DO fuse set any size

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exc. 1.5 metre wide and not exc. 1.5 metre in depth and getting out for taking up / laying under ground electric cable or for pole etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Mechanical excavation is not allowed in this Stn only manual excavation allowed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cms in depth in soft/loose soils complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning and filling in two parts (i) using riddled soil obtain from excavated soil upto depth of 30 cm (8 cm below cable and remaining above cable) for cushioning of cable and (ii) refilling the trench of remaining depth with normal excavated soil all as specified and directed. Note:- Excavated soil shall be riddled by using sieve to separate composite particles etc as per IS 1255 1983 and refilling in trenches as in cable cushioning.

Removing surplus soils to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 mtr above the starting point all complete as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying Bricks, sub class 'B' old size bricks, laid flat dry with width of the bricks laid to the axis of the cable all complete as specified and as directed.
