Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30cm in depth but exceeding 1:5m in width as well as 10sqm on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto 50m and lift upto 1:5m as directed by Engineer-in-charge All kinds of soil. (This provision is inclusive of GST hence no GST Amount is to be quoted by the Bidder)

1:3:6 (1 cement, 3 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources, 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size derived from natural sources). (This provision is inclusive of GST hence no GST Amount is to be quoted by the Bidder)

Providing and laying cement concrete in 1:2:4 (1 cement, 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived for coping from natural sources, 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size derived from natural sources) for coping above C.R. stone masonry including cost of all materials labour T&P etc. complete work as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge. (This provision is inclusive of GST hence no GST Amount is to be quoted by the Bidder)

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement, 6 coarse sand, 12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) upto plinth level with cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement, 6 coarse sand). (This provision is inclusive of GST hence no GST Amount is to be quoted by the Bidder)

C.R. stone masonry work with 1:6 (1 cement and sand mortar including dressing, chiselling curing, finishing coat of materials, labours and T&P etc. complete in super structure of wall as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge. (This provision is inclusive of GST hence no GST Amount is to be quoted by the Bidder)

50mm thick rubbed red sand stone flooring over 20mm (average) thick base of lime mortar 1:1:1 (1 lime, 1 sand, 1 surkhi) with joints 3 mm thick, side buttered with lime mortar 1:1:1 (1 lime, 1 sand, 1 surkhi) admixed with pigment to match the shade of stone and pointing with same mortar etc. (This provision is inclusive of GST hence no GST Amount is to be quoted by the Bidder)

Stone work (matchine cut edges) for wall lining etc. (veneer work) upto 10 metre height backing filled with a grout of average 12mm thick lime mortar including pointing lime mortar 1:1:1 (1 lime, 1 sand, 1 surkhi) with an admixture of pigment matching the stone shade (to be secured to the backing and the sides by means of cramps and pins which shall be paid for separately) Red sand stone exposed face fine dressed with rough backing 50mm thick for pathway work also. (This provision is inclusive of GST hence no GST Amount is to be quoted by the Bidder)

Providing and fixing stainless steel cramps of required size and shape for anchoring stone wall lining to the backing or securing adjacent stones in stone wall lining in cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement, 2 coarse sand) including making the necessary chased in stone and holes in walls wherever required. (This provision is inclusive of GST hence no GST Amount is to be quoted by the Bidder)

Providing and fixing copper pins 7.5cm long 6mm diameter for securing adjacent stones in stone wall lining in cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement, 2 coarse sand) including making the necessary chases. (This provision is inclusive of GST hence no GST Amount is to be quoted by the Bidder)

Providing and fixing of M.S. grill fencing above C.R. stone masonry with M.S. angle iron post of 50x50x5mm M.S. flat 50x5mm and M.S. square bars of 16mm fixing with holes in top and bottom M.S. flat@10cm c/c having arrow on top of 2.00x1.20mt. size including cutting welding one coat of prime coat over tow or more coats of synthetic enamel paint under a suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and fixing with cement concrete block of 0.20x0.20x0.30mt. size in 1:2:4 Nuts and Bolts etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge.
