Table Dressing Gents FD-230 : Removing old broken parts of table carefully without damaging adjacent parts, supply and fixing of new parts made out of well seasoned sheesham/teak wood made to shape as per drawing joints to be strengthened by using adhesive and bamboo pins complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge and shown on drawing for the following parts of items.
Supply and fixing of plywood commercial 12 mm thick to the back side of table.
Supply and fixing of prelaminated particle board 18 mm thick to the side of the table.
Supply and fixing MDF board 18 mm thick veneered at the bottom of the table.
Supply and fixing plywood commercial 6mm thick to the bottom of the drawer.
Supply and fixing of prelaminated particle board 18 mm thick to the top of the table.
Supply and fixing looking glass 5mm thick of the table as per drawing with plywood commercial 6mm thick on the back.
CHAIR MOULDED PLASTIC WITH CUSHION:-
Remove old unsv seats of Chair and Supply and Fix new seats of 2" foam cushion and covered with best quality tapastory cloth as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Remove old unsv back of chair and Supply and Fix new one as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
RECANNING OF WOODEN /STEEL FURNITURE :- Material and labour for re-canning of all types of wooden /steel chairs with 2 mm wide half round white plastic cane and border with 3 mm wide half round white plastic cane as per godrej Pattern all as shown and specified in drg and all as directed. Removing of old unserviceable nylon newar of GI Charpoy and supply and retaping of charpoy with 45/50 mm wide Superior grade light colour nylon newar Make :- USHA completed all as specified and directed by the Engineer- in-charge.
Taking out old broken unserviceable long rail and S&F with new long rails of GI pipe 32mm bore Med grade duly threaded both end to the required size fitted to the frame complete all as specified as shown on drg and all as directed. Make of Pipe:- RAMA, Parkash, Surya
Replacing with 2 Nos short rail of GI Pipe Made out of old long rail retrieved vide ser No 28.02 here-in-before duly threaded both end to require size fitted to the frame complete all as shown on drg and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Taking out old broken unserviceable short rails and replacing with 2 Nos Legs made out of old short rail retrieved vide ser No 28.03 here-in-before duly threaded to required size ; fitted to the frame complete all as shown on drg and all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Taking out old unserviceable three way elbow from GI pipe by unscrewing and replacing with new three way elbow GI 32mm bore/dia ISI marked complete all as specified as shown on drg and as directed.
Taking out old unserviceable GI check nut from the frame by unscrewing and replacing with new check nut GI 32mm bore/dia as per sample kept in BSOs office and as directed.
CHARPOY DOUBLE BUNK
Taking out unserviceable Ply 12 mm thick from the frame of Charpoy ,S&F 12mm thick BWR Plywood of approved make and brand. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Taking out existing unserviceable nut and bolts from charpoy double bunk as per existing size 50 mm long , S&F new nut and bolt complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge
Materials and labour of one coat of synthetic enamel silver colour paint to steel portion of double bunk charpoy, rest all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
