S&D of 16.5TR Capacity Microprocessor based air cooled (R410A Ref Gas ) Ductable type Split Air Conditioner of rated cooling capacity of 1,98,000 BTU/Hr with 2 no ODU with Scroll compressor - Convertible IDU - R410 A and suitable for operation on 415 Volt, 50Hz, 3 PH AC supply. (Make: Daikin, IDU-- FDR200FRY16 & ODU-- RR100FRY16*2 / Carrier, 40LC018GB+38LH102GSCM+ Voltas/ Blue star/ Hitachi)

Installation testing commissioning of AC machines as mentioned below: a) 16.5 Tr. DSU

Refrigeration Piping: Supply & erection of following refrigeration piping with hard drawn/soft copper pipe including providing necessary fittings , elbows, bends, supporting arrangement and brazing arrangement for the above new units incl. S&F of 9mm thich hollow nitrile rubber insulation (Make-Armacell/K-Flex) with supports & brackets as per direction of EIC. a) 7/8” dia Suction Line. (For 16.5 Tr Machine)

b) 1/2” dia Liquid Line. (For 16.5 Tr. M/C)

Drain Piping: Supplying, fitting and fixing CPVC (Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride) pipes of approved make conforming to IS-15778: 2007 . with all necessary accessories, specials viz. socket, bend, tee, union, cross, elbo, nipple, longscrew, reducing socket, reducing tee, short piece etc. fitted with holder bats clamps, including cutting pipes, fitting, fixing etc. complete in all respect including cost of all necessary fittings as required,jointing materials in any position above ground. (Payment will be made on the centre line measurements of total pipe line including all specials. No separate payment will be made for accesories, specials. Sheet Metal Ducting: Supply, installation, balancing and commissioning of factory fabricated GSS _ sheet metal rectangular/round ducting complete with neoprene rubber gaskets, elbows, splitter dampers, vanes, hangers, supports etc. as per approved drawings and specifications of following sheet thickness complete as required. .Make-SAIL/JINDAL a) 22 gauge ducting

DUCT ACOUSTIC INSULATION : Acoustic insulation of 10 mm thick with fire retardant, closed cell, tri-dimentional chemically crosslinked polyethylene foam insulation conforming to Class 0 fire propagation rating and having minimum density of 32 kg/cu.m. DUCT THERMAL INSULATION : Supplying and fixing of following thickness duly laminated aluminum foil of mat finish closed cell Nitrile rubber (Class "O") insulation on existing duct after applying suitable adhesive for Nitrile rubber. The joints shall be sealed with 50 mm wide and 3 mm thick self adhesive nitrile rubber tape insulation complete as per specifications and as required. above.
