S&F Gl frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of Gl perimeter channel 0.55mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30mm and web of 27mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 45 mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9mm thick having two equal flanges of 15mm each and web of 45mm suspended from soffit at approx 900mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2m length) of 0.55mm thickness having kurled web of 50mm and flange of 26mm each with lips of 10.5mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457mm centre to centre, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling including hangers 6 mm dia G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I.flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia 40mm long, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 12mm thick gypsum board in ceiling fixed with screw of size 600x600mm as per manufacturers instructions including necessary jointing and taping and applying 1mm thick putty to receive finishes, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 6mm thick non asbestos fibre cement building boards fixed or laid/inserted to timber /GI / aluminium framework with screws to ceiling flat or sloping, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair for 6 mm thick Non asbestos fibre cement building boards one side aluminium foil coated fixed or laid/ inserted to aluminium frame work with screws, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new or previously untreated plaster/ AC sheet / Gypsum board surfaces of ceiling including cornices and applying two coats of oil bound distemper colour / tint, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 12mm thick wooden wall panelling of second class softwood with tongue and groove joint fixed in any position over and including wooden framework in second class softwood with plain fillets square or sectional area exc 13 Sqcm and n exc 25 Sqcm at n exc 90 cm centre to centre in both direction and including two or more coats of French polishing on all the exposed surfaces wooden panelling including taking down existing electrical fittings and re-fixing the same, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs solid PVC wall Lining consisting of 5mm thick wood grain printed PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame including 5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall panelling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC Frame as per specifications,complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance not etc. 50m and making good surface, work in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.
