M&L for construction of (900x900x900) mm internal size Flyash brick masonry valve pit chamber all as per the details mentioned below:- (i) Valve pit chamber shall be projecting 150mm above groung level and rest below the ground level. (ii) Excavation and earth work shall be in soft/ loose soil. Removal of surplus soil shall be 50m. (iii) The bed of valve pit chamber shall be 80mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) finished fair and even over 100mm thick consolidated broken bricks of guage 40 to 80 mm. The bed shall be projecting 75mm all round the external wall. (iv) Wall of valve pit shall be one brick thick fly ash brick wall with Old size bricks in cement morter (1:4). (v) PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) 75mm thick, coping shall be provided on top of brick wall for full thickness and length of wall. (vi) Cover of the valve pit shall be (40x40x6)mm mild steel angle iron frame and 6mm thick mild steel plate. The angle iron frame shall be fixed centrally on top of PCC coping all round and fixed with suitable mild steel (40x6)mm flat iron hold fast, mild steel cover plate shall be fixed with angle iron frame with two Nos of mild steel hinge and shall be provided with suitable locking arrangement. (vii) Internal surface of brick wall and external surface upto 15 Cm below groung level shall be plastered with 15mm thick in cement morter (1:4) (viii) All the exposed surface of mild steel work shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer. (ix) All other details shall shall be all as per site requirement and as directed.

PGL funnel with wire mesh 20 mm dia GI pipe light grade for watering complete all as shown in Electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I (2009) and connected in earth test point including testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of chocked sewar line clean by Diesel running vehicle mounting Hydraulic operated high pressure suction cum jetting sewar cleaning meachine fitted with pump having 4000 litres suction tank capacity and 6000 litres jeeting tank capacity including skilled operator supervising engineer etc. for cleaning and partial desilting of manhole chember and dechocking of sewar lines. Dechocking and flushing of sewar line from one manhole to anather by high pressure jetting system of 2200 PSI for sewar line with manhole as per requirement from 150 mm dia to 450 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed. Supply, Erecting, Testing and Commissioning of silent (Sound proof enclosure) type Diesel Engine Driven Generating Set capable of delivering 62.5 KVA, Water & coolant cooled, 415 Volts (AC three phase, 4 wire system of supply) 50 HZ 1500 RPM complete with AMF control panel. The DG set shall consists of diesel engine coupled to a matching alternator, through flexible coupling and mounted on common base frame and complete with control panel. Design, Supply, fixing, installation, commissioning and testing of new aeration system including 02 Nos Air blowers complete with motor and air filter, pressure release valve, pressure gauge, discharge pipe, of capacity 600 m3/hrs @ 0.4 Kg/cm2 with 02 Nos submersible effluent transfer pump of capacity 90 m3/hr @ 25 mwc, 01 No Multi-grade filter MF 2200(of Ion Exchage or equivalent of other approved OEMs) complete with MS pressure vessel (2200mm dia X 1875 mm HOS) with internal MS frontal pipe work inlet to outlet terminals with valves, internal charge of specially graded filter sand media with supporting under bed media, pressure gauges to monitor head loss, including Operation & Maintenance Manual etc, 02 Nos Chlorine Dozer complete with 150 Litres HDPE tank, metering pump with suction and discharge tubing suction trainer etc and 01 Lot MS/UPVC interconnecting pipe work (100/150 NB) complete all as specified and directed. (Note for item No 7 to 7.01: A Storm Water drainage Storage Tank of Size 16 M X 11 M X 10 Meter is existing at Fort William. Since some sewage and other impurities also get inadvertently mixed in this Tank. The tank is to be provided with Aeration System to make water fit and safe for Discharge in main drainage. These items shall be executed through Approved OEMs on 'Turnkey Basis' and 'Performance Guarantee Basis' as explained in Annexure 2.)
SCHEDULE 'A' PART-VIII (100 KLD CAPACITY COMBUS SBT SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT)
Detailed Engineering Designing, (hydraulically, structurally and aesthetically), Supplying, installing, erecting, connecting, testing and commissioning of Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) based on the principle of CAMUS Soil Bio-Technology (SBT) (Patented Technology of OEM ) having capacity of 100 Kilo Litres per Day (KLD) based on 24 hours of operation for treating effluent from toilets, bathrooms and kitchen waste etc emanating from residences, received at an invert level of 0.5 m below ground level at STP, having raw Effluent characteristics as mentioned in Annexure-III, required guaranteed treated water characteristics as mentioned in Annexure-III, considering 3 times average flow as peak flow with Primary, Secondary and Tertiary treatment of 100 KLD capacity, with all civil work, electro mechanical equipments, accessories, all associated civil works, safety equipments, tools and plants for day to day operation, testing apparatus to test the parameters at various stages of process as per Manual on Sewerage and Sewage Treatment of CPHEEO, etc and other Guidelines for treatments of liquid waste emanating from Dwelling Units, complete to function as single, compact and self sustaining type unit with minimum moving/mechanical equipment from the intake of effluent to outlet up to treated water comprising of items as specified in Tentative BOQ at Annexure-III on Turnkey Basis and Performance guarantee Basis.
Note for item No. 8.00 to 8.01: The above item shall either be got executed complete in all respect from OEM Or Else Contractor shall obtain the Design, Execution Drawing and Technology etc from OEM and execute the work under the overall supervision of OEM. In both case after completion a certificate from OEM to the effect that STP Plant is in complete conformity with their design and drawing and of performance guarantee for satisfactory performance for a period of Five Years after completion shall be rendered by the Contractor. ‘Turnkey’ means design, engineering, procurement, supply, installation, testing & commissioning of the entire systems including all ancillary civil and electromechanical works. ‘Performance guarantee’ relates to achieving the desired parameters as specified here-in-after of treated effluent as long as the raw sewage characterises parameters are within the expected range as specified here-in-after. For guidance and preliminary estimation a tentative BOQ only for reference purposes is enclosed at Annexure-III.
SCHEDULE 'A' PART-IX (MANNING & OPERATION (1st YEAR AFTER COMPLETION PHASE- I)
Manning and Operation of modified 1240 KLD STP with Tertiary treatment plant by providing one Skilled Operator (Skilled operator must be ITI qualified and must have received at least one month of training from OEM) and one Unskilled Helper in Two Shifts of 08 Hours duration Each and one Semi Skilled Operator in third (night Shift) on all days, including Sundays and Holidays complete all as directed.
Manning and Operation of 100 KLD CAMUS SBT STP plant by providing one Semi-Skilled Operator (Operator must be ITI qualified and must have received at least one month of training from OEM) in Two Shifts of 08 Hours duration Each and one Un-Skilled Operator in third (night Shift) on all days, including Sundays and Holidays for a duration of 11 months after Completion i.e. During Defect Liability Period (DLP) Period.

Manning, Operation and Routine, preventive and Periodical Maintenance of modified 1240 KLD STP with Tertiary treatment plant by providing one Skilled Operator (Skilled operator must be ITI qualified and must have received at least one month of training from OEM) and one Unskilled Helper in Two Shifts of 08 Hours duration Each and one Semi Skilled Operator in third (Night Shift) on all days, including Sundays and Holidays complete all as directed. (Note: Any parts required for smooth running of the plant deemed to be included in the quoted rate.)
Manning, Operation and Routine, preventive and Periodical Maintenance, including consumables of 100 KLD CAMUS SBT 1000 KLD STP plant by providing one Semi- Skilled Operator (Operator must be ITI qualified and must have received at least one month of training from OEM) in Two Shifts of 08 Hours duration Each and one Un-Skilled Operator in third (night Shift) on all days, including Sundays and Holidays complete all as directed.
