M&L for Preparation of new surface of wall and applying two coat of oil emulsion distemper over a coat of primer on internal walls surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick external plastering in CM (1:4) with water proofing compound on fair faces of bricks or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls surfaces etc including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water and include for all necessary lowering, etc., removal of rubbish off the premises, removal and depositing serviceable materials where directed and leaving the work clear of any plasteringcomplete all as specified and directed. complete all as specified and directed. (Water proofing compound will measured and paid separately)

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two or more coats with 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkalie and fungal resistance, dirt resistance, exterior paint of required shade with silicon additives @ 1.43L/10sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied at 0.9L/10sqm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for 5mm thick plastering in CM 1:3 on fair faces of concrete surfaces (ceiling surfaces) finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement incl taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls or ceiling surfaces etc including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water and include for all necessary lowering, etc., removal of rubbish off the premises, removal and depositing serviceable materials where directed and leaving the work clear of any plasteringcomplete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparing of new plastered surface of ceiling surfaces and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of old decorated surafces by Washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces of wall and applying two coat of oil emulsion distemper(white/tinted/color) over 3mm thick wall care putty filling wherever required on internal walls surfaces complete all as specified and directed.
