Earth work excavation of foundation in hard soil or gravelly within 50m initial lead and 1.5m initial lift including dressing and levelling the bed with shoring, shuttering and dewatering if required etc completeand as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Filling the foundation & plinth with sand and well watered including cost, conveyance royalty of all materials etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Cement concrete Grade M15 with 20mm down graded hard granite crusher broken chips of approved quality free from skin materials mixing by concrete mixer including hoisting lowering and laying the concrete in position to proper slope, level and compacting by vibrators in layers and finishing the exposed surface smooth including watering with cost, conveyance, hire and running charges of all machineries, royalty and other taxes of all T & P materials labour etc complete & as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing, strengthening, cutting, bending, binding, fitting & placing uncoated HYSD bar reinforcement & laying in position including cost of binding wire 18mm to 20mm gauge & fixing of reinforcement ilcluding lapping (As per steel code) where necessary spot including cost, conveyance, royalty, T & P & all taxes of reinforcement, etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

R.C.C. work of M-25 grade with 20mm and down grade black hard granite (crusher broken) stone chips including hoisting and laying the concrete in position to proper slope, level and compacting by vibrators in layers and finishing the exposed surface smooth including watering with cost, conveyance, hire and running charges of all machineries, royalty and other taxes of all T & P materials labour etc complete & as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Rigid smooth centering and shuttering for concrete work and dismantling after casting with cost, conveyance and taxes of materials and labour charges etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Filling the foundation & plinth with excavated materials including watering and ramming, etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work in ordinary soil within the initial lead of 50m and initial lift of 1.5m including rough dressing and breaking the clouds to maximum 5cm to 7cm & laying in layers not exceeding 0.30m in depth & as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Inserting premoulded expansion joints including cleaning & including labour with cost of expansion joint materials.
