Material and labour for construction of solid block masnory 20cm thick masonry wall valve chamber, of 1050x1050x950mm size of internal dimension, PCC work with (1:4:8) type D2, 150mm thick (using 40mm grade stone aggregate) for foundation complete with 3.15mm thick MS sheet cover and frame of MS angle iron 40x40x5mm with locking arrangement and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified shall be plastering to internal and exposed surfaces of the chamber, in CM(1:4) 15mm thick and PCC coping (1:2:4) type B-1, 50mm thick all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
