Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 3 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of brass nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with brass nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing cable route marker with 10 cm X 10 cm X 5 mm thick G.I. plate with inscription there on, bolted /welded to 35 mm X 35 mm X 6 mm angle iron, 60 cm long and fixing the same in ground as required.

Filtration of transformer oil through Stream Line filter unit around 70 Deg Celsius to improve the Di-electric Strength to the optimum value for 1000 KVA OUTDOOR Transformers

Replacing the existng Dehydrating Silica Gel in breather and Filling new Fresh high quality Silica Gel Suitable for the Transformers.

Checking of 1000 kVA Transformer marshalling box connections for proper opeartions and checking control circuit wirings for proper operations, Checking for any oil leakages and arresting the same with suitable measures including replacing the old gaskets with new one and other related accessories etc,disconnection of primary HT cable and secondary bus duct and re fixing as per original conditions and ensuring the proper operation of the equipment as required.Make:CG power

Charges for Testing and issuing of test Certificates with suitable calibrating testing kit for testing of Transformer's OTI (Oil Temperature Indicator) and WTI (Winding Temperature Indicator).

Supply of fresh filtered and tested transformer oil of adequate BDV for topping up the same in transformers etc., as required as per IS:335/1993.

Filteration of On Load Tap Changer by flushing with transformer oil using stream line filter unit including Removing and Refilling of transformer oil and Replacing top Cover Cork Rubberized Gaskets of existing 1000kVA Transformer.

Overhauling and Maintenance of 22 kV, HT VCB for the following :- Removing the existing VCB 800A 4 Pole EDO (Electrical Draw Out) dismantiling and reassembling the parts as required for maintenance purpose including the primary and secondary contacts,clening the dust, checking and servicing the operating mechanism for a smooth and trouble free operations,lubricating, testing the contact resistance, its closing time etc to determine the wear and tear of the same and replacing of any damaged spare part.however the material cost will be given seperatley. Measure the insulation resistance values for all poles with open condition and closed condition.Make:ABB

Chargers for testing & issuing of test Certificates with suitable mesuring kit for HT VCB panels at SS-1 &Ss-2 for the following : a) Over Current, Earth Fault Relay and short ckt test b) Auxiliary Relay c) Master Trip Relay d) Under Voltage / Over Voltage Relay. e) Control circuits checking for proper functioning and rectifying if any at the HT & OLTC panels as required

Overhauling and Maintenance of LT ACB for the following Removing the existing LT ACB 2000/1250/1000/800A, 4 Pole EDO (Electrical Draw Out) or MDO (Mechanical Draw Out) dismantiling and reassembling the parts as required for maintenance purpose including the primary and secondary contacts,clening the dust, checking and servicing the operating mechanism for a smooth and trouble free operations,lubricating, testing the contact resistance, its closing time etc to determine the wear and tear of the same. Measure the insulation resistance values for all poles with open condition and closed condition. Make: L&T(21 Nos), C&S(2 Nos) and Legrand(2 Nos).

Charges for Testing and issuing of test Certificates with suitable testing kit for LT ACB 2000/1250/1000/800A panels for the following: a) Over Current, Earth Fault Relay and short circuit test. b) Auxiliary Relay. c) Master Trip Relay d) Under Voltage / Over Voltage Relay. e) Control circuits checking for proper functioning and rectifying if any at the LT panels as required.

Charges for Testing and issuing of test Certificates with suitable testing kit for Thyristor based 250kVAR LT APFC panels for the following: a) Propoer functioning of the APFC relay along with its protection. b) Thyristor based Relay. c) Capacitors banks. d) Semiconductor based fuse checking. e) Cleaning throughly and carrying out the preventive maintanence as required, replacing the wornout materials, etc.,

Testing of various type of earth electrodes for its ohmic value with earth resistance tester by removing the connections, cleaning them throughly as required Improve the soil resistivity by watering etc., Painting the values of the earth resistence in the respective earth pits along with the date as required including issuing the necessary test certificate for the same in the transformer yard at SS-1 & 2, PoS of CSIR campus.

Point of Supply : Carrying out the preventive maintenance in the Point of supply yard, AB switches, Checking the operations & servicing of the existing LBS, SF6 Breaker, checking proper functioning of RMU protection relay(CSDPR-V2-300 DHP) and Incoming and outgoing cable termination of breaker,Checking of Lightning arrestors, Drop out fuse, HT conductors for proper jointing and adusting them as required as per standards/site condition complete in all aspects for satisfacotry operations as required.

Testing and Issuing necessary certificate for BDV Strength of transformer oil etc., as required.

Testing and Issuing necessary certificate from authorised laboratory for the acidity contents of transformer oil etc., as required.

Transport charges (To& Fro) for the testing kits and the filteration machine to the site for carrying out testing and filteration work as required.

Supply and installtion of Rubber mat of size (100X200) cm as per standard IS 15652 at various locations in office campus on the floor with/without gum and pasted as required as per site conditon

Painting of existing colour/siemens light green for whole transformer(including OLTC section ) of approved brand of one coat on old work of 1000 KVA transformer as required as per site condition (make: CG power)

Painting of existing colour/siemens grey for MV panel and Black colour for Base supporting MS channel for MV panel of size L=1.8 m,B=0.4 m,H=1.6 m and MS channel (1.8x0.7x0.7) with powder or spray paint of approved brand of one coat on old work as required as per site condition

providing and fixing of different notice plates of different sizes made of mild steel of 2 mm thick on the wall surface with vitreous enamled colour on both sides and with inscription in single colour on front side as instructed by the site engineer in charge for the type of colour code to be used for painting and inscription (The details of different notice boards are enclosed in annexure-1)

Supplying and fixing of 20 mm outer dia /existing dia of panel door lock at Substation-1,Substation-2 or wherever required as per site condition .

Supplying and fixing of Failure/non working Indication lamps at Substation-1,Substation-2 or wherever required as per site condition.

Supplying and fixing of FRP- Chequered plate of 6 mm thick on the MS staircase at Point of supply for 22 KV rating as required as per site condition
