M&L for Complete removal of existing treatment from Plastered surfaces of walls including scraping down smoke soots, moulds, moss and trading oil and greasy spots etc including cornices, pilasters etc and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over one coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- Cement base wall care putty where ever directed will be applied and will be measured & paid seperatly

M&L for applying 2 mm thick cement base wall care putty over plastered surface of walls and making the surface even and smooth for application distemper complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F in repairs 15 mm size wall mixer for mixing hot & cold water, cast copper alloy chromium plated with capstan heads, half turn type, high pressure, with long screwed shanks and fly nuts, screwed for iron pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of floor, hearth or wall tiling or stone slab laid, bedded & pointed in any mortar including demolition of cement mortar bedding or backing coat, including rubbish off the premises, all as specified.

M&L 15 mm thick screed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) for laying floor finishes, complete all as specified.

Supply and fix in repair 500 litres capacity double layer, rotational moulded, polythene water storage tank (Cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed on roof in position, including all fitting such as connection pieces with GI tank nipple for inlet, outlet, washout and overflow etc complete.
