Taking out existing Kerb Stones of all types from Footpath/central verge, including removal of marotar etc disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of unserviceable material within 50 meters lead as per directions of EIC

Demolishing cement concrete manually/by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-incharge: 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Removal of Mulba/Unhygienic Material/Mud/unserviceable material from the site including its disposal beyond Municipal Limits by Mechanical Transport including all carriages, leads and Lifts complete job as directed at site.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for: Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete.

12mm Cement plaster of mix:1 : 4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Laying at or near Ground level old Kerb Stones of all types in position t the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement: 3 Coarse Sand) including making joints with or without grooves (thickness or joints, except at sharp curve shall not be more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required etc complete as per direction of EIC (Length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment).

Providing and laying rough chisel dressed Devri Stone in kerbs, of size 200x200 mm face with chamfer in cement mortar 1: 6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) including curing.

Steel work welded in built up sections/framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works
