Annual Maintenance Contract of Fire Fighting System and its associated works at ATC SKY Tower, Mumbai for the two years (2021-23)

Annual Maintenance of Entire Fire Fighting and sprinkler System including cleaning, oiling, greasing of all Fire Pumps, Internal and External hydrants, all Valves, NRV, Hose Reels, Hose Boxes, diesel engine pump etc. complete including minor repair works, preventive maintenance as per annexure- I, attending all the complaints / faults / breakdowns and taking rectification action to ensure serviceability & satisfactory working condition of the system to maintain water pressure as per fire fighting standards and maintaining of records documentations etc. on all days including Saturdays, Sundays & Holidays as per the details, specifications, terms and conditions of the contract complete as required.

Painting of complete Entire Fire Fighting and sprinkler System including exposed fire Hydrant/sprinkler water pipelines, Pumps, Hose Boxes, Hydrants, Sluice Valves, Non Return Valves etc. complete by one coat of red oxide metal primer and two coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and colour, including cleaning and scrapping to remove the old paint with emery paper and numbering of Hose boxes and writing the names on the pumps with the paint etc. complete as required.

Rewinding of Motor of 7.5 KW Jockey pump including overhauling /servicing, vanishing, baking, applying moisture proof varnish, assembling, testing, decoupling and coupling, loading/unloading and transportation to and from the site complete Note : This job is to be executed on as and when requirement basis.

Providing, laying, testing & commissioning of 'C' class heavy duty GI pipe conforming to IS 1239 including Welding, fittings like elbows, tees, flanges, tapers, nuts bolts, gaskets etc. and fixing the pipe on the wall/ceiling with suitable clamp/support frame and painting with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of required shade complete as required. Note : This job is to be executed on as and when requirement basis.

Providing laying, testing & commissioning of 'C' class heavy duty GI Pipe conforming to IS 1239 i/c fittings like elbows, tees, flanges, tapers, nuts bolts, gaskets etc. in ground (up to 1.5 mtr depth) including welding, excavation & providing cement concrete blocks as supports, anticorrosive treatment with coaltar/asphalt tape as per IS 10221, refilling the trench etc. of following sizes complete as required. Note : This job is to be executed on as and when requirement basis.
