Installation of vertical cast in situ bored Piles of 600 mm diametre using reinforced cement concrete Design Mix M30 Grade using 20 mm gauge hard broken stone jelly by settinng the bored cast in situ pile equipments with all accessories and tools at each locations based on the sequence of operations as directed by the departmental officer,boring for the piles from ground level in all soils to the required depth below cut off level to carry a safe working load not less than specified, by Direct Mud Circulation Method ( using bentonite clay of required density) inclusive of pile accessories, temporary casing pipe,bentonite solution of 10% of concrete with required density,mobilisation,transferring,instalation of pile driving accessories from one location to another,pile concreting inside of Trime method pipe fitting, including removal of mud and slurry away from the scheme site but excluding the cost of steel and fabrication reinforcement grills but including Bentonite solution machinery charges labour charges etc.,all complete, complying with relevent standard specification and as dircted by the departmental officers. ( pile shall be measured from the top of the shoe to the bottom of the pile cap.) Design Mix M30 Grade concrete should be prepared with ordinary Portland Cement with water cement ratio not exceeding 0.45 including the use of Plasticizer of required Grade and Hard Granite Stone Jelly of 20mm size and downgraded as per requirement. a) conducting routine pile test for one and half times the safe load for every 1 in 100 piles, as per IS code and as directed by the Departmental Officers and b) Charge for chipping of pile wherever necessary to the required depth. C)Integrity Test should be conducted for all casted files and also carried out the work as per IS and necessary certificates needs to be provided. Concrete for all piling work should be of Design Mix M30 grade with minimum cement content of 400Kg per Cubic Metre.600mm dia pile

Test of single pile under routine load test, for a test load of 1350 KN (safe load (900x1.5) as per IS 2911 (part IV)-2013 inclusive of all charges for mobilization, extention or cutting of pile that may be necessary errecting loading platform in the manner acceptable and approved by departmental officer with labour and other incidental charges for loading and unloading test load and hire charges and all other incidental charges for conducting test including retaining the test load for 24hours at 100% capacity test certificate and caliberation charges for pressure gauge are to be produced to the Executive Engineer. Before commencing day of test. Caliberation of pressure gauge has to be done before applying the Ist load etc, complete in all respects as directed by departmental officers

Earth work excavation for foundation in all soils and sub-soils to the required depth as may be directed except in hard rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring, strutting, and bailing out water wherever necessary and refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in 150mm thick layers well watered rammed and consolidated and depositing the surplus earth in places shown clearing and levelling the site with an initial lead of 10 metres and lift as specified here under etc. complete in all respects complying with relevant standard specifications. PAVER BLOCK

Supplying and laying of concrete interlocking blocks of 63 mm thickness using rubber mould, approved make with grey colour including cost of conveyance of interlocking blocks and filling sand and spreading of sand to a thickness of 15 cm for cussion below the interlocking blocks and consolidating, vibrating labour charges for laying to proper level slope etc. as directed by the dept. officers (Design and colour of interlocking blocks should be got approved by EE before using)

AVENUE TREES

Supply and planting of avenue trees including earth work excavation for pit of size 60x60x60cm filled with manure for 20cm depth and filling with river sand and red earth mix in the ratio of 1:1 for 40cm depth in the same pit and planting the avenue trees of approved varities to a height of 200cm from the ground level and maintaining them for the period of 6 month including watering, periodical manuring and replacing the avenue trees if dead etc., all complete and as directed by the departmental officers. (Tree sappling shall be got approved from competent authority before planting)

Supply and Fixing of Signage /Numbering Plate with 304 grade 18 SWG thickness stainless steel etching name board of size 10" for Flat which can be mounted in wall with Polished Surface Finish etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

Supply, delivery, erection and commissioning of 3 H.P 3 phase centrifugal submersible pumpset of best approved superior quality with ISI mark as per IS 9079 /1989 with out panel board suitable for 400/440V, 2880 RPM with 50 cycles AC power supply with Gun metal/bronze impeller and shaft having stainless steel or alloy steel having high resistance to wear and tear and corrossion suitable for the following duty condition etc., all complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Labour charges for the erection of submersible pumpset in borewell/openwell including fixing and jointing submersible cable with proper clamps upto the starter to required depth and also fixing of riser pipes to the required depth valves erection clamps, pressure gauges upto the exterior wall of pump room and erection of panel board consisting of TPICN switches starter, Voltmeter, Ammeter, three pilot (indicating) lamps capacitor single phasing preventor, water level guard and laying and jointing the cables and twin earthing as per IE rules etc., complete and testing the pumpset and trail run for 10 days.
