Providing, laying and rolling of built-up spray grout layer over prepared base consisting of a two layer composite construction of compacted crushed coarse aggregates using motor grader for aggregates. Key stone chips spreader may be used with application of bituminous binder after each layer and with key aggregates placed on top of the second layer to serve as a base conforming to the line, grades and cross-section specified ,the compacted layer thickness being 75mm. (As per MoRTH specification, 4th Revision)

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with HMP of capacity not less than 40 to 60 TPH using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.0 to 4.5 percent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per Clause 507 of MoRTH specification, 4th Revision, complete in all respects - Using grade-II materials.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with HMP of capacity not less than 40 to 60 TPH using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 percent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per clause 509 of MoRTH specification, 4th Revision, complete in all respects - Using grade-II material.-Bitumen 60/70

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg. per sqm. on the prepared bituminous/ granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom.(As per MORTH specification, 4th Revision)

Supplying and filling with gravel (excluding rock) in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth , breaking clods , watering , rolling each layer with 1/2 tonne roller , or wooden or steel rammers and rolling every 3rd and top-most layer with power roller of minimum 8 tonnes capacity including all leads and lift (Payment will be made based on level measurement)

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.

Providing and erecting a "Thrie" metal beam crash barrier comprising of 3mm thick corrugated sheet metal beam rail,85 cm above road/ ground level, fixed on ISMC series channel vertical post,150X75X5 mm spaced 2 m centre-to-centre,2 m high with 1.15m below ground level, all steel parts and fitments to be galvanised by hot dip process, all fittings to conform to IS:1367 and IS:1364, metal beam rail to be fixed on the vertical post with a spacer of channel section 150X75X5mm, 546mm long complete as per Clause 810.

Supplying and installation of delineators (road way indicators, hazard markers, object markers),80-100cm high above ground level, painted black and white in 15cm wide strips, fitted with 80X100 mm rectangular or 75mm dia circular reflectorised panels at the top, buried or pressed into the ground and conforming to IRC:79

Providing and fixing of 3M make reflective road studs of category “A” raised pavements markers made out of polycarbonate/ABS moulded body and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face with retro- reflectance and chromaticity values confirming to ASTM - D4280. The reflective raised pavements makers shall also confirm the length, height and width of the body shall not be less than 100 mm, 15mm and 90mm and base of marker shall be flat within 1.3mm (3M equivalent). The marker shall support a load of 13635 Kg tested in accordance with ASTM D4280. Lenses shall be moulded of polycarbonate or methyl methecrylate conforming ASTM D788. The area of each retroreflectory surface shall not be less than 13.0 Sq.cm. The slope of retroreflectory surface shall be 35+5 degree to base. Each reflector shall have a CIL not less values specified in table 1 of said MoRT&H circular and two cylindrical polimer shanks not less than 20 mm diameter and not less than 30 mm length shall be provided for better anchorage with bituminous grout or epoxy mortar all as per the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways Circular No. RW/NH-33023/10/97-DO.III dt. 11-06-97

Providing and erecting direction and place identification retro-reflectorised sign as per IRC:67 made of aluminium sheet encapsulated lens reflective ( diamond grade sheet) with high intensity grade sheeting vide Clause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 2mm thick with area not exceeding 0.9sqm supported on a mild steel single angle iron post 75 X 75 X 6mm (3.9mtrs height - 6.8kg/mtr = 26.52kg ,with board support angle 35x35x6mm - 3.8mtrs -3kg/mtr = 11.40kg and anchor flat 0.50kg )firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 45 X 45 X 60 cm, 60cm below ground level.

Earthwork in excavation of foundation of structure as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom, backfilling the excavation earth to the extent required and utilising the remainging earth locally for road work – by mechanical means - depth upto 3m (Ordinary soil)

Supply and filling with Quarry rubbish including watering,ramming,consolidating and dressing etc.complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Plain cement concrete m-15 mix with stone aggregates 20mm nominal size mechanically mixed and vibrated in foundation upto a depth of 1.50 metres below ground level and/or 1.50 metres above ground/bed level.

Reinforced Cement Concrete in open foundation complete as per drawing and technical specifications - RCC Grade M30 with a minimum cement content of 407 kg / cum - Using Concrete Mixer and electric genset including the cost of labour, material, formwork and overhead charges.

Reinforced Cement Concrete in substructure complete as per drawing and technical specification -RCC Grade M30 with a minimum cement content 407 kg / cum upto 5m height - Using concrete mixer (Formwork-10%)

Furnishing and placing reinforced cement concrete in superstructure as per drawing and technical specifications - RCC grade M30 with a minimum cement content 407 kg / cum - Using concrete mixer - for solid slab superstructure - height upto 5m including all machineries and formwork, etc.

Providing and laying cement concrete wearing coat M30 grade with a minimum cement content 405 kg / cum including reinforcement complete as per drawing and technical specification.
