Finishing walls with premium Acrylic smooth exterior paint with silicone additives of required shade. Old work (two or more coats applied @ 1.43 litres/ 10sqm) over existing cement paint surface.

Applying priming coat with ready mixed red oxide zinc cloromate primer of approved brand and manufacutere.

Painting with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture in all shades to give an even shade Old steel work (two or more coats)

Applying priming coat with ready mixed pink or grey primer of approved brand and manufacture on wood steel work

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand ' " and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade: One or more coats on old work

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. Old work (one or more coats)

Chequerred precast cement concrete tiles 22mm thick in footpath & courtyard jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles, including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand) . Dark shade using ordinary cement.

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed tiles conforming to IS :·13753 of minimum thickness 5 mm of approved make like NITCO, ORIENT, SOMANY KAJARIA, or equivalent make in all colour, shades except begundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Eningeerin- Charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12mm thick bed of Cement Mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointing wtih grey cement slurry@ 3.3 kg per sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead. For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Poly vinyl Chloride (CPVC) 20.73 pipes, having thermal stability for hot and cold water supply including all CPVC plain and brass threaded fittings 1/C fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes and fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and the cost of cutting chases and making good the same including testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Concealed work including cutting chases and making good the walls etc.)

Providing and fixing Ceramic gla.z:ed floor tiles 300x300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturers) of 1st quality conforming to IS: 13755 of NITC.O, ORIENT, SOMANY, KAJARIA or equivalent make in colour such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red, Brown laid on 20 mm thick bed of Cement Mortar 1: 4 ( 1 cement : 4 coa.rse sand) including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., complete.

Extra for fixing glazed/ ceremic tiles with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive to be mixed with cement mortar to improve its adhesive strength.
