Excavation in trenches in any type of soil n exc 1.5 mtr in width and n. exc 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out all as required for laying of cables,Foundation filling of poles or stays.

Dismantling the defective LT UT cable 3.5/ 4 core from panel/DB/junction boxes, dismentling the cable gland if any, removing the pitted/burnt aluminium lugs and suplly and fixing of aluminium paim type lugs or lugs as per existing, crimping with suitable size crymping tool bit, refixing/ replacing cable gland, refixing the cable with suitable nut bolts & washers etc complete for the following size cable:- (Note:(i) one set of triple pole and neutral lugs will be measured as one job. M&L for repair and overhauling of unsv self starter 12V/24V of any capacity DG set including repair/ replacement unsv/defective spares such as field coil, armature winding , carbon bushes, and pinion assy complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repair and overhauling of unsv dynamo/ alternator12V/24V of any capacity DG set including repair/ replacement unsv/defective spares such as field coil, armature winding , carbon bushes, and pinion assy complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out the old unserviceable battery from the DG set and supply and fix new 12 V, 180AH maitenance free battery make Amron /Exide including testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out main transformer of the voltage stabilizer of capacity 50 KVA for repair/rewinding. Rewinding of main transformer using super enameled copper winding wire of existing gauge including latherite paper,PVC sheets,sleeves etc all as required. Varnishing complete with insulating varnish, drying and refixinng to the stabilizer after testing all as required at site or directed.

Taking out main transformer of the voltage stabilizer of capacity 500 KVA for repair/rewinding. Rewinding of main transformer using super enameled copper winding wire of existing gauge including latherite paper,PVC sheets,sleeves etc all as required. Varnishing complete with insulating varnish, drying and refixinng to the stabilizer after testing all as required at site or directed.

M&L for scraping old paint from the voltage stabilizer 3 phase 50 KVA to 100 KVA cap and preparation of surfaces for painting. Repainting the voltage stabilizers by spraying synthetic enamel paint of approved colour, writing SM/ MES No and cap with white paint all as required at site or directed.

All as per Srl item 101 above, but 500 KVA all as required at site or directed.

M&L for carrying out servicing & maintainance of UPS of capacity 20 KVA of Make: M/s SUKAM by strip opening of UPS, inspection/servicing of all spare parts such as Drive cards, relay cards, Ac capacitors, inverter coolong fan, ceramic fuses, batteries and including repacing the defective spares if any complete, ressembling, calibration of UPS complete and testing & commissioning complete all as directed. Note : Major Spares such as inverter Card/Rectifier Card, AC/DC capacitors, replacement of batteries required will be measured & paid separately under relevant Schedule. Taking out U/S control wiring complete from stabilizer of capacity 50 KVA to 100 KVA, 3 phase 415 volts any make for unbalanced load, providing wiring loom complete to the stabilizers made out of suitable size PVC insulated copper conductor cable including cables lugs, connectors, channels etc (Note: Additional items required to make stabilizers serviceable will be measured and paid for separately under respective items)

Supply only the following spares for carrying out repairs to voltage stabilizer of capacity 50 KVA to 100 KVA.

(a) Voltmeter digital type LED display 50 to 550 Volts, AC supply of size 96x96mm acuracy class 1.0.

(b) Printed control card circuit

(c) Limit switch

(d) Toggle switch 2 way, 5 amps, 230 volts

(e) Synchronous motor single phase AC 230 volts with torque up to 5 kg/CM all as required or directed

(f) Control transformer with primary voltage 230 Volts and secondary voltage any desired voltage between 12 volts to 60 volts to suit the control circuit of the stabilizer.

(g) Push button

(h) Variable resistance (pre set) with lock nuts

(j) Resistant of synchronous motor, any rating upto 1 K-10 W+10%

(k) Dimmer stat

(l) Brass stud with nut and washers

(m) Carbon brush with Clamp
