Plain cement concrete of mix 1:4 :8 (one cement four sand eight course agreegate using hard broken granite stone jelly of 40mm gauge for foundation levelling course including shuttering dewatering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick complete complying with standard specification and drawing and as directed by the departmental Engineers.

Supplying & Erecting of steel centering for sides & soffiots including necessary supports & strutting upto 3.29m height for plane surfaces in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90 x 60cm & 10 gauge stiffened, welded with steel angle of size 25 x 25 x 3mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists(Country wood) of size 10 x 6.5cm spaced @ about 90cm c/c and supported by casurina props of 10 - 13cm dia. spaced @ 75cm c/c etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. Rate for 10m2.for the following items.(RCC floor slab, roof slab, Rectangular/ square, Tee/ Ell beams, Lintels, staircase waist slabs, Landing slabs, Landing beam, Portico beam etc., ).TNDSS NO.86 K, 86 A

Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand) and four coarse aggregates) using 20mm size ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and including for the mixing, laying and labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification

Weathering Course with broken brick jelly 20mm size pure slacked lime over R.C.C. roof slab the preparation of 32:12.5 for required depth and slope etc. complete.

Finishing with top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 230mm x 230mm x 20mm of approved quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to ISS by 2% weight of cement used and the joint pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with same water proofing compound mixed with cement motar ,red oxide, including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges and other incidental charges etc., complete as per standard specification

Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (One part of Cement and Three part of Plastering Sand (P- Sand)), 10mm thick in all floors including cost and conveyance of all materilas to site and labour charges etc,complete as per standard specifications

Plastering in Cement Mortar 1:5 Mix (one cement, five sand) 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc. complete. Complying with std. specifications.

Paving the floor with design Antiskirt ceramic tiles (colour and shade as directed) of size 305 mm x 305mm x 6 mm in all floors over a base layer of cement mortar 1:3 (One part of Cement and Three part of Plastering Sand (P- Sand)), 20mm thick laid in-situ and pointed with same coloured cement

Supply and fixing of M.S Grill for required size and shape cutting,welding and cost and conveyance of M.S.angles,square rods and all labour charges etc., complete aas per standard specification.

Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris, putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Painting two coats of New iron work including cost of all materials and labour cost etc., complete as per standard specification.

Providing and laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates to Wet Mix Macadam to a required thick specification including premixing the materials with water at OMC in mechnanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with pavers in Sub Base/Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to acheive the desired density including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per clause 406 of MORTH Rev-5

Supplying and laying Precast Designer Paver Block confirming to IS 1568-2006 specification manufacturing and laying standard of M50 grade 80mm thick (table clauses 5 and 9.14) suitable for bus terminals industrial complexes road on expensive soils etc., including the cost of paver block of size 225mm x 12.50 mm x 80mm and conveyance of materials to work site mentioned in the tender schedule cost of loading and unloading handling during over Stone dust of 100mm thick (excluding the cost of sand) conveyance paver block cutter to site and hire charges of vibrators and block cutter operator and labour for leveling the sand to paver block etc., complete ISI 15658-2006.
