(a) Incoming :- (i) MCCB 4 pole 250Amp 36 KA 415V (Main Incomming)

Item No. 3 Cutting bituminous road at a width not more than 30 cm and a depth not exceeding 60 cm for laying of pipes on road crossing for cable protection and making good with the existing surface complete all as specified and as direted by engr in charge

Item No. 4 Supply, installing, commissioning and testing complete of manufacturer of OEM (Original Eqpt Manufacture) manufactured and tested static Silent Diesel Engine driven generating set capable of delivering 160 KVA, 415 volts (AC 3 Phase, 4 wire system of supply) 50 Hz at power factor 0.8 minimum. The DG set shall consist of a diesel engine coupled through flexible coupling to a matching alternatore and mounted on Dunlop metallastik foundation pads on a common base frame and threafter intalled in the CPCB approved acoustic enclosure (the complete set conforming to and test certified as per CPCB norms and as specified) all as specified complete with control panel standardised by manufacturer, fuel tank with mounting arrangement and inlet, outlet, return oil arrangement, flexible exhaust pipe complete and shall comprise of the following :-

(a) ENGINE (PRIME MOVER). Diesel Engine 1500 RPM of suitbale HP as recommended by manufacturer but not less than 206 BHP (at NTP) water cooled, Turbocharged aircooled, 1x 180 AH 12 Volts electric battery start, complete with fly wheel and all standard fittings/fixtures as per manufacturing practice including suitable engine control panel with tachometer, lub oil temp & pressure gauge, water temp guage and frequency meter (digital type) including safety shutdown contents) and also including self starter, dynamo, fuel tank etc and conforming to I.S. 10002, ISO 3046, BS-5514. The engine shall give electrical out put of 160 KVA at 0.8 PF.

(b) ALTERNATOR. AC alternator, self excited, self regulated, self ventilated, brushless design, conforming to BS 2613/IS 4722, 3 Phase, 415 volts, 50 Hz, 4 wire system output 160 KVA PF 0.8 1500 RPM insulation class `H' enclosure IP 23/TEFC complete with AVR with + 1% voltage regulation directly coupled to and match the above engine and capable for over load of 10% for one hr in 12 hr operation. ( c) CONTROL PANEL (AMF PANEL) The control panel to match with the requirment of DG set and shall be manufactred with 14/16 gauge CRCA sheet and is powder coated for a weather proof and long lasting finish . The control panel consist of following parts as per manufacred norms: (i) PCC- key switch/ Autostart Generator set controller. (ii) Multifunction meter displaying the parameter as voltage current, frequency water oil pressure KVA,KW (iii) Contractors with HRC fuse of suitable rating,current transformers, AMF logic Battery Charger< Aluminium Bus bar of suitable capacity indicating lamps. (iv) Standard foundation as per manufactrers specification anti vibration foundation pad of approved make & suitable capacity.

(d) Dunlop Metallastick anti-vibration pads for mounting engine - alternator assembly on the base frame/plate (e) BASE FRAME. Made out of structural steel as per manufactur's recommended design/specications.(f) ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURE. Provn of an integral type approved/certified acoustic enclosure as per CPCB norms for the DG sets restricted the noise level to 75 db at one meter along and temp rise within canopy shall not exceed 5° to 7° Celsius. It shall be made of 16 SWG CRCA MS sheet with powder coated finish on outside and provided with non igniting fire retardant foam as accustic material. There shall be four hinged doors out of which one shall be with a glass window. The base frame shall be ISM section. It shall also include the following :- (i) Silence absorption type, non-resistance, residential and exhaust pipe covered with asbestos rope lagging extending to about 2 mtrs outside the acoustic enclosures. (ii) Internal wiring with PVC copper conductor cables, IS 694 marked, FRLS in conduit and flourescent lamp fittings.(iii) Fuel tank of 8 hrs capacity but not less than 400 ltrs made of 14 SWG CRCA MS sheet duly powder coated and provided with float, gauge and fuel float switch.
