Material and Labour for gland packing in leaking Sluice Valves of following size dia including replacing/tightening the existing bolts and nuts etc. complete all as specified and directed .

Dismantling and taking down unserviceable sluice valve of following size dia from valve chamber/pipe line all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for sluice valve ISI marked of following size dia both end flanged PN 1.0 with fixing arrangements such as bolt / nuts, rubber packing’s etc all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for removing unserviceable lead joints from CI pipe line and making proper run lead joints of following size dia pipe complete including necessary excavation, refilling and removing the surplus soil all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling and unscrewing the bolt/nuts, taking out the suction pipe upto 30 mtr along with unserviceable foot valve of following size dia all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling the existing unserveciable valve chamber in complete and Construction of valve chamber of Internal size 900mm x 900mm x 900mm deep with 200mm thick PCC block masonary walls built in CM 1:6 over 100 mm thick foundation concrete in PCC 1:4:8 type D2, (using 40 mm graded coarse stone aggregate) with 100 mm off sets, 15mm thick and internal plaster and external plaster up to a depth of 15 cm below GL in CM (1:6), 3 mm thick MS sheet cover, double door welded to 50 mm x 50 mm x 6mm MS angle frame fixed with hold fasts, 20mm x 6mm flat iron hinges with locking arrangement including lock sixty five mm, brass and keys (Make : Godrej / Shell/ Harrison), MS handles and applying two coats of synthetic eanmel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer to all steel surfaces including excavation & earth work in any type of soil /soft disintegrated rock and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtr complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repair stainless steel pressure guage analogue type 0 to 10kg/cm2 ,accuracy of 1.6% FS , Connection 1/2" BSP , 100mm dial size and necessary fittings for connection etc including taking down existing one all as specified and directed by EIC

M&L for cutting of road/hard standing not exc 30cm in width and not exc 60cm in depth for removal/laying of water tubing including returning filling and making good the disturbed surfaces using PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate on top 120 mm layer and fair fininshing the surface without using any extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair manhole covers / valve pit covers fabricated out of MS sheet, MS flat and angle iron of required sizes or shapes required at site and painting with two coat of black synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including taking out / dismantling rusted or unserviceable covers of UG sump/OHT/valve pits, etc. and disposing off complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down unserviceable float and board water level indicator and M&L in repair for float and board water level indicator aluminium powder coatedd of float diameter 300mm along with pulley,flange, telescopic pipe,pointer etc fitted on a MS channel with suitable distance and fixing in position including painting of indicator scale with required marking upto 4mtr complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Labour only to locate the any kind of fault/leakage in water pipe line GI upto 80 mm dia and any type by digging only along the length of water pipe line and upto the depth of water pipe line bottom to locate the exact pin point location of fault/leakage including rectification of fault with the help of plumber, returning filling of same by tightening the union, replacing of elbows, sockets, tees, nipple, check nuts etc complete all as directed. Note: i) The excavation,removal,returning filling upto 2mtr is included in the item and beyond the length of 2 mtr along the pipe line shall be measured under the respective items of excvation of this shedule. ii) The items required to replace shall be measured and paid seperately under the relevent items of this schedule. iii) The quoted rate is deemed to be included the rate of Plumber & labour for digging.

Labour only to locate the any kind of fault/leakage in water pipe line CI/DI 80 mm to 150 mm dia and any type by digging only along the lenth of water pipe line and upto the depth of water pipe line bottom to locate the exact pin point location of fault/leakage including rectification of fault/leakage i) The quoted rate is deemed to be included the rate of Plumber & labour for digging. ii) The The excavation,removal,returning filling upto 2mtr is included in the item and beyond the length of 2 mtr along the pipe line shall be measured under the respective items of excvation of this shedule.

M&L for cleaning of valve chamber after removing debris,leaves,stones or dirt,trim grass,roots, etc accumulated around the valve chamber of size 900mmx900mmx900mm including opening of valve chamber covers and closing as original with proper locking system and throwing garbage to the area all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 37 but size 1200mm x 1200mm x 1200mm

Deployment of T&P and labour for cutting and removing the grasses / vegetation growth in the surrounding area of water supply installations and dispersals by using tractor equipped with jungle jim and disposing off all the rubbish to distance exc 250 meter but not exc 500 meter complete all as directed

Supply only High strength Calcium based granular chlorination chemical of following Specifications:- Make: Declicab/Aquafit /PURI chlor (a) Chemical analysis and Physical observations:- Description:- White granules Granular size:- (Mess passing through-100 BSS): 1:1(+ 0.1%) Water/ Moisture: 5.00(+0.2)% Other insoluble Calcium salt:- 1.1(+0.1)% Mercury and other Heavy Metal contaminants:BDL.The chlorination chemical must contain appropriate quantities of dispersants/corrosion inhibitors to prevent encrustation/scaling in distribution systems (b) Strength of Items of quantity of chlorination chemical required to obtain free chlorine of 1 PPM per one lakh liters of water: Requirement must be 125-200 grams per one lakh liter of water to achieve 1 PPM Av.Cl at injection point( Site and raw water quantity variation may apply additionally (c) Stability:- Projected shelf life of chlorination chemical must be one year with minimal loss of chlorine (d) Handling of chlorination chemical for regular chlorination (e) Operational considerations: Must be safe to use in terms of level of insoluble components. There must be no risks relating to encrustations in equipment and pipe lines, no sludge generation, no hard water scaling in supply water. (f) Operator health considerations: Chlorination chemical must contains acceptable levels of granular size to avoid risks to operators from health safety point of view. (g) Safety & health hazard aspects on usages of chlorination chemical for regular drinking water chlorination Mercury and other Heavy Metal contaminants in chlorination chemical must be Below Dectectable Limit(BDL),based on which the product must be considered safe to use from human health safety point of view and freedom from toxicity when used in drinking water chlorination in recommended dosage.

S&F in replacement synthetic Rubber insulated mats 2 mm thick for voltage upto 3.3 kv as per IS 15652-2006, (superseding IS 5424) suitable for electrical shock safety of sizes 2m x 1m all as specified and directed.

M&L for jointing of DI Pipes with rubber tyton joints all as specified of folllowing sizes all as specified and as directed

Dismantling and taking out the Unserviceable 50 mm dia column pipe from the borewell/wells all as directed.

Supply and fix in repair bus bar box of size 450x300x500mm fabricated by 3mm thick MS sheet outdoor type , dust/vermin proof, mounted/ fixed on angle iron frame of MS equal angale size 40x40x6mm of height 0.90 mtr, erected in ground with PCC foundation 1:4:8 with 40mm stone aggregateand including aluminium bus bar flat of size 50x6 mm fixed as bus bar over the insultors, sleeved for three phase and neutral, provision of one MCCB 63 Amps 4 Pole, 415 AMps, 50 Hz of breaking capacity 16 KA and spray painting the box with two coats of enamel paint over a coat of metal primer incuding necessary excavation, PCC for fixing the box compelete all as specified and directed
