Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for plastering 15mm thick in two layers with 10mm thick in CM 1:6 on of fair faces of brick masonry or on concrete surfaces and 5mm thick in CM 1:3 with water proofing compound Note: WPC shall be measured @ 0.20 Ltr per 50 kg of cement and paid seperately complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Cutting/Chipping of the spalled,unsound concrete of slabs,beams,columns ,fins,facia,parapets&chajjas etc, and damaged /distressed plaster by scapping with utmost care to expose reinforcement ,cleaning the rusted reinforcement by rubbing wire brushes or emery paper & cleaning the surfaces of any thickness to receive guniting/plastering and disposal of debris not excedding 500mtrs all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing for hard drawn steel wire fabric n.exc 4.00 sqm cut to length ,bent to shape filling with and including mild steel wire (anealed) not less than 0.90mm dia as in reinforcement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparing surfaces and applying a coat of Nito Bond AR of M/S Fosroc chemicals or equivalent approved bonding agent as per manufacturers instructions and applying pressure guniting averaging 25mm at a pressure of not less than 6kg/sqm in cement mortor 1:3 with and including suitable bonding agent of M/S sika or equivalent @5% of weight of cement as per manufturer instruction and finishing surfaces rough conforming to proper geometrices including providing double scaffolding and safty measures complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for removing any type of trees/vegetations with root from wall, roof slab, over head tank portions, shafts, rain water pipe portions etc of any height and applying suitable chemical to the affected area to arrest further growth and making good damaged portions with PCC 1:2:4 complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Safety precautions like rope, safety belts, helmets , ladder etc shall be responsibility of contractor.

Material and labour for Complete removal of existing treatment Cutting out cracks to V-section in existing plastered walls, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with suitable crack filling agent like Dr. Fixit Crack X or Dr Fixit Crack X Shrink Free or Dr Fixit Pidicrete URP with respect to the width of crack Complete all as per manufacturers instruction all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for dismantling C.I. or asbestos rain water pipe with fittings and clamps including stacking the material within 50 metres lead 160mm dia all as specified and directed

Supplying, assembling, lowering and fixing in vertical position in bore well unplasticized PVC medium well screen (RMS) pipes with ribs,160mm dia conforming to IS: 12818, including hire & labour charges, fittings & accessories etc. all complete, for all depths, as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
