SPECIALREPAIR/REPLACEMENT OF CERTAIN DG SETS AND AC PLANTS AGAINST BER AT AF STN SURATGARH

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of silent Diesel Engine Generating set factory assembled, floor mounted 415 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire engine as per IS: 10001/10002 and alternator as per IS: 13364 of capacity 160 KVA at site complete with relay panel for automatic starting on mains failure, control panel having meters, sound proof canopy as per CPCB IV+ norms etc. including neccessary foundation & plinth work of DG set all accessories as per manufactures standard and as per the details given below: AC Generator should be suitable for ambient conditions at Suratgarh and confirming to IS. Note: The capacity of generator set shall be net after all derating factor as per relavent IS design.

(a) Alternator: Synchronous alternator for continuous opeartion at 1500 RPM generating 415 volt at 0.8 PF suitable for 50 hz, three phase 4 wire system. The alternator shall be brushless, single bearing, self excited & self regulated with an AVR.The alternator will be suiatble for tropical climate and shall generally conform to IS: 4722. The salient faetures of the alternators are : (i) +- 1% voltage regulation (max) in static conditions. (ii) IP 23 protection with H insulation (iii) Permanent lubricating bearing (iv) Permissible overload 10% for one hour in 12 hours of operation. (b) Diesel Engine: Having adequate capacity for 160 KVA alternator, BHP not less than capacity for 160 KVA alternator, water cooled to drive alternator with cold starting with an over load capacity of 10% for one hour in any 12 hours continuous running complete with all standard accessories all as specfied. supply for starting system or as recommended by manufacturer, Maintanance free battery with initial charging, residential type exhaust silencer complete with exhaust pipe, hour meter, water temp gauge, oil pressure gauge, Fuel tank with capacity for full load non-stop 8 hrs running.

(c) Sound proof Canopy All as per stipulated in CPCB IV norms & the Govt of India. (d) AMF Panel: Supply, install, testing and commissioning of AMF Panel outdoor type, cubical body, dust and vermin proof made up of CRCA sheet 3 mm thick painted with two coats of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide primer confirming to IP 55 with front and rear opening with louvers and mounted on floor with PCC pedastal pillars with a clearence of atleast 0.3 m above ground level with glands sockets etc with provision of cable entry from bottom all pre wired and connected complete with following accessories:- (i) AMF Controller (ii) Power Contactor heavy duty suitable for generator and mains (iii) Over load relay for Genset (iv) Suitable rating isolating switch MCCB for both DG & main

Supply, laying, jointing and testing LT underground cables 1100 volts grade, PVC insulated XLPE and PVC sheathed, heavy duty armoured, with multistranded aluminium conductors, IS-1554 marked, laid in trenches / ducts / fixed on poles / walls / laid under roads / paths / drain / culverts or encased in GI pipe complete of size 150 Sqmm 3.5 core.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing LT underground cables 1100 volts grade, PVC insulated XLPE and PVC sheathed, heavy duty armoured, with multistranded aluminium conductors, IS-1554 marked, laid in trenches / ducts / fixed on poles / walls / laid under roads / paths / drain / culverts or encased in GI pipe complete of size 70 Sqmm 3.5 core.

Material & labour for earthing with Galvanised Steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25metre below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, earth plate surrounded from all sides by 15cm thick packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt filling in alternate layers and electrode connections by using Galvanised Iron strip of 32×6mm as earthing lead (upto the body of the equipment) by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron and thimbles and protected by light grade 40mm dia GI pipe connected up to main DB/LT Panel /Test point and GI pipe medium grade 20mm bore for watering and including funnel , wire mesh , RCC pit cover and PCC chamber pit with PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate, including excavation and earth work in any type of soil , returning , filling in approved soil and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR 1991(Part-I) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling,taking down and shifting old central AC plants of capacity 3 x 24 TR of any type & model existing in ATC bldg at technical area comprising compressors, compressor motors, condenser pumps, cooling tower, FCUs & their pipes lines, panel board with control switches, condenser water pipelines, control cables etc. and all connected items including demolition of foundation, rested GI ducts and making good the surface for installation of new AC plant in position including shifting / removing retreived materials from site and deposit to MES store all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

WATER COOLED CHILLER MACHINE AT ATC Bldg: Design, Supply, Installation, testing & Commissioning of Factory designed and prefabricated vapour compression refrigeration water cooled scroll chiller units having working capacity not less than 52 TR having 26 TR each x 03 Nos or nearby above with multiple semihermetic scroll type compressor of OEM make with microprocessor control. The Units hall have compressor mounting arrangement on rubber Grommets with metal sleeves. Water cooled shell & tube type condenser. Thermo static expansion valve with Extl. Equalizer. The unit shall be factory assembled duly tested, have filter dryer, pressure switch i.e. HP/LP, Electronic Thermostat Flow switch at chiller, Integral Refrigerant Piping & wiring, Accessories as required and called for, automatic and safety control mounted in central console Electronic microprocessor with soft starter panel cotrol over loaded protector including initial charge of Refrigerant and compressor oil comprising of following accessories / facilities:
