Excavation in trenches, in any type of soil not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation, etc or not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for shafts, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc and getting out in any type of soil etc complete all as specified and directed.

Removing Surplus soil to a distance not exc 50.00 Metre away and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50 Metre above the Starting Point, complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, Filling in including Spreading, Leveling, Watering and Well Ramming in layers not exc. 25 Cm thick in Soils, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for dry sand cushioning to underground cables with 8cm thick before laying of cables and 15cm thick after laying and stretching of cable complete all as specified and directed. Note : Punned thickness of sand shall be measured and paid.

M & L for old size sub class ‘B’ bricks, laid in trenches as cable covers / protection complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fixing of GI tubing, light grade, 40 mm bore with all fitting lais in trenches / pole / wall for protection of cables in repairs complete.

M & L for horizontal boring mechanically across the existing road without disturbing the road surface for inserting 80/40 mm bore GI pipe all complete all as specified and as directed by EIC. ( Note :- GI pipe will be measured and paid respective item of BOQ').

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing & testing in trenches or passing through pipe, 1100 volts grade, XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured LT electric power under ground cables, heavy duty with aluminium conductor of cross sectional area 25 sqmm 3.5 core with all fixing & connecting accessories such as Alluminium cable lugs, cable gland, nut, bolts, washer etc complete as specified and as directed. (Make: HAVELLS/ POLYCAB/Gloster) (NOTE: Earthwork & Excavation, GI pipe brick protection etc shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule of BOQ).

Supply, installation and commissioning of 12.5 Mtrs high mast system with its accessories. Mast shaft shall be in two sections,hot dip galvanised and suitable forwind velocity as per IS 875 and including head frame, steel wire rope 6 mm dia (7/19 construction), trailing cable, double drum winch, Galvanised Lantern carriage drum winch arrangement suitable for 6 (six) luminaires symmetrically and lightning finial. The mast shall have an integral power tool installed inside the base compartment for its operation with siutable size electric motor, foundation bolts manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washers, anchor plates and templates. Low intensity twin type aviation obstruction lamp of GLS type with super bright red LED 300 Nos per lamp of IP – 65 protection aviation obstruction light complete all as directed. Make – CG / Havells / Bajaj / Surya .

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning, factory made and tested, LT feeder pillar box ,outdoor type , platform mounted. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof, IP65 class protection and made out of 3.15mm thick CRCA MS sheet and 40x40x4mm thick angle iron frame work, powder coated finish over one coat of red oxide primer outside and two coats of red oxide primer on inside, front opening type, with aprons for cable entry, with double door shutter and locking arrangement including provn of 65mm Godrej (Freedom) stranded lock with 2 keys, internal wiring with PVC insulated, stranded copper conductor FRLS cable, IS-694 marked of adequate size but not less than 10 Sqmm. The following items accommodated with this feeder pillar including 02 Nos danger notice plate made of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enameled white of size 25 x 20cm with letter figures and conventional skull bones in signal red colour and fixed nuts, bolts and washers etc with voltage and danger indicated in Hindi and English complete all as specified and directed. Pole drawing and RCC/PCC foundation work for errection of pole shall be carried out as per manufacturers approved drawings.

PCC foundation work for LT control Panel as per manufacturers approved drawings.

Work to be executed by the manufacturer or there authhorized rep and MOU undertaking of the same from the manufacturer be submitted prior to excution of work .

Earthing complete with galvanised steel plate electrodes with 25 X 3mm strip og GI as per manufacturers approved.- 02 Nos.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel plate electrodes of size 600x600x6mm thick burried directly in ground with earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below normal ground level with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level connected to galvanised 32x 6 mm earth lead by means of nuts bolts check nuts GI washers earth wire protected by galvanised iron pipe 40 mm bore (Medium grade) for LT panel/FPB complete all as directed including concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type CI, precast RCC cover slab of size 30x30x10 cm with one handle for lifting made out of 8 mm diameter MS bar finnel wire mesh 20 mm bore galvanised iron pipe (medium grade) for watering charcoal or coke and salt in alternate layers necessary earth work in soft/loose soil complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I including testing on completion all as specified and directed.
