S&F in repair 12mm thick perforated particle board/tiles for insula-tion and accoustic purposes, 60x60 cm in size, fixed with staples on snap grid in ceiling, flat or sloping etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair 600 x 600 mm, 6 mm thick non asbestos fibre cement building boards laid/ inserted to aluminium framework complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair anodised aluminium snap grid (size of grid 605 x 605mm) frame work for false ceiling including hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long all as specified

M&L 12 mm thick plywood, grade BWP, type BB, fixed in repair with screws to timber frame work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L decorative laminate type , 0.9 mm thick of surface finish, colour and pattern as approved, fixed with approved adhesive as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair pre laminated ply wood, 18/19mm thick, grade 1 quality , exterior grade, decorative type, with decorative face veneers on one side and white on other faces fixed to wooden frame work as in shutters and shelves of cabinets, cupboards fixed in repairs all as specified and as directed.

M&L for extra over rates of ply wood or veneered ply wood size 18/19mm thick for external teak wood lipping, 6mm thick fixed with nails

S&F auto concealed hydraulic steel spider/butterfly hinges suitable for cupboards complete all as directed.

S&F 100mm size handles of stainless steel fixed with screws complete all as specified.

Demolition of stone slab and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc complete all as specified.

M&L for Granite 18 to 20mm thick (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms, urinal partitions and like set in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite incl rounding edges complete all as specified.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles (premium quality) 450x350 or 350x250 x6-7mm thick coloured on vertical surfaces such as dado/skirting etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match , including 10 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1 :4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectagular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sq m but not exceeding 0.18 sqm , in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1 :6 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without) taking of shutters) from the frame exc 1.5 but not exc 4 Sqm each all as directed

Supply and fixing Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions (Fixed portions) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285,with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling.

S&F power coated anodised aluminium window and ventilator shutters sliding/hund type, without sash bar, aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of 5 to 5.50mm thick glass for fixing in aluminium door and Window, partitions etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair GI wire cloth, 0.56 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of perature 1.00mm and fixed with screws or GI staples all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work in any description not otherwise specifically provided for.(steel gate & Y angles etc) including stainless steel letters in the board complete all as specified

S&F framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled/welding for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing Fe 410-W(Gde E-250) quality-A complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of new steel surface of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer.

M&L for providing and injecting chemical emulsion for post construction anti termite treatment at points of contact of wood work by chemical emulsion (in oil or kerosene based solution) @ 0.5 litre/hole by drilling 6mm dia holes at a downward angle of 45 degree at 150mm centre to centre and sealing the same complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and injecting chemical emulsion for post construction anti termite treatment long the external/internal wall and juction below concrete or masonry apron using chemical emulsion @ 2.25 litres per linear metre including drilling and plugging holes etc. in apron complete all as specified and directed.
