The manufacturer / bidder should have supplied / Charts of Quantity 200 Nos in kannada version to 1 District/Range in the police department. Copy of the supply order or Delivery Note to be enclosed.

The manufacturer / Bidder should have supplied /charts for minimum of 5 Districts/Ranges in Police Department. Copies of the supply orders may be enclosed. This is to ensure that the tenderer has good Supply and service network at the Districts/Ranges level and can respond promptly to any issues which may arise in future.

The Manufacturer / Bidder should furnish GST Certificate.

Enclose copy of PAN card.

Preference will be given for Kannada version Manufacturer/ Bidder.

The manufacturer / bidder should have been in same field of Business towards supply of / Charts for at least 4 to 5 years.

Should not have been black listed by any State Government /Central Government or its agencies. Self-declaration on Letterhead to be enclosed.

The manufacturer / Bidder should Give 1year warranty of supplied /charts.

The manufacturer / bidder should have supplied / Charts Through E-Tender in kannada version to 1 District/Range in the police department. Copy of the E Tender Work order to be enclosed.

Provide duly certified copies of Income Tax certificate for the year 2022-23, 2023-24, and 2024-25.

Annual Turnover certificate for the year 2022-23, 2023-24, and 2024-25.

The manufacturer / bidder should have supplied / Charts of work order value Rs 45,00,000/- to the police department Copy of the supply order to be enclosed. This is to ensure that the tenderer has capability to supply the quantity required.
