Supply & Arrangement of Exotic Flowers.

Red colour dutch roses in (one bunch should consist of 20 flowers)

Thick-stemmed Gerbera in different colours (One bunch should consist of 10 flowers)

Dendrobium Orchids ( One bunch should consist of 20 sticks).

Carnation in different colours (one bunch should consist of 20 flowers).

Bird of Paradise (Strelitzia reginae)

Anthuium medium size in different colours ( Green white & red colour )

Gladiolus in different colours (one bunch should consist of 20 flowers)

Purple Orchids / White Orchids (one bunch should consist of 20 flowers)

Kalkata Chrysanthemum (One bunch consist of 100nos).

Dracaena Song of India leaves for using as fillers.

Dracena Messangeana leaves for using as fillers (One bunch consist of 10 nos)

Asparagus foliage for using as fillers.

Gypsophila for using as fillers

Kamini leaves for using as fillers (Murraya paniculata).

Areca leaves for using as fillers.

Supplying of Foam bricks to keep the moiture in arrangement of flower( Each box should contain 20 nos of foam briks).

Supplying of Floral Foam Sheets "A" grade of size (4' x 3') for making flower arrangemant to hold the water ( Each box should contain 3nos).

Charges for Making of floral arrangements with skilled florist ( including all tools,safety measures ) throughout day & night without any delay including necessary raw materials like Chicken mesh, Binding wire, MS nails, Plastic buckets, etc. Necessary arangements at stages, Floral bed, backdrops, podium, center table, entrance pillars has to be done as per the instructions of the Office-in-Charge.( minimum 20 skilled florists for 18 hors should be engaged).

Charges for packing and forwarding the flowers from Bangalore / Hosur unloading at various locations at IITM Campus.

Supplying of Assosted flowers & petals for providng IITM emblem over circular stand. The rate is inclusive of painting the stand, shifting the same from BEGH nursery, providing IITM Emblem using natural flowers and petals in front of SAC building, returning & placiing the stand at BEGH after completion of Convocation.

Drinking water Arrangements

Providing 20 litre capacity water cans at designated location in SAC building with necessary bubble top with tap facility .

Providing 100-120ml paper cups for drinking water.

Labour charges for loading of water cans in bubble top & replacing of emplty cans at SAC builidng.

Inauguration functions

Supplying and hanging of of 12-16' garland (Yellow Chrysanthemum / mari gold) for entrance door / main door (Nilamalai) for various inaugural functions.

Providing real flower rangoli upto 4' dia with flower petals of Marigold, Rose, Chrysanthemum etc., and flower decoration for lighting lamp for various functions etc, complete.

Hire charges for 5 face brass lighting lamp 5-6' height with inagurational set (colour ribbon, scissor, SS plate and velvette cloth including rose water sprinkler, lamp oil, cotton thread, sandal tablets, marron powder, Chocolate packet) etc, complete.

Exotic flower decoration for podium using Gerbara / Caranation / Gladiolus including fillers Asparagus / Gypsophila/ kamini leaves etc for various functions in IC&SR, Terrace @ IITM and other venues.

Making entrance square arch with two roll flower decoration using Marigold flower / chrysanthemum flower garland including hanging of mari gold flower balls etc, complete at entrance door.

Making entrance square arch with three roll flower decoration using Marigold flower / cresanthemum flower and green leaf garland including hanging of mari gold flower balls etc, complete at entrance door.
