Taking down chowkats or frames with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frame) n. exc 1.5 sqm each including cutting holes for taking out hold fast or dismantling brick work and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for factory made box type steel windows/ventilators, double shutter,outer frame made out ERW TUBE 'P section (60x45x25mm) and shutters of ERW TUBE 'P' section (50x35x20mm) openable shutters side hung including pintle hinges with two nos MS tower bolts 150mm size on each shutter, steel handle and stopper of 'Z' section as specified complete with sash bars dovetailed or welded ready for glass fixing and wire gauzed fixing with suitable fittings/opening for cooler/AC where required steel windows will be double shutter (external glazed and internal wire gauzed) complete all as specified in Drg No CEPZ/TD-324/07 of sheet No 1/3 to 3/3 complete all as specified and directed. Note: - The quoted rate shall be deemed to include :- (i) 04 Nos MS steel lugs of MS flat 20 x 5mm & 20 cm long over all welded to frames (ii) PCC block for embedding lugs.

M&L for framed work such as grills , gratings etc with ends of bars shouldered and /or riveted or forged into spikes , framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters: walk ways , railings frame work of water tanks and similar work confirming to Fe290, Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 3 mm thick, plain sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty or with any type of beads in squares n. exc 0.5 sqm each pane complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 3 mm thick , figured glass, pin head type and glazing with oil putty or with any type of beads in squares n. exc 0.5 sqm each pane complete all as specified and directed.

S&F galvanised mild steel wire cloth , 0.56 mm normal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.18mm and fixed with tinned tacks or stainless steel wire staples complete all as specified and directed.

S&F pressed steel frames of size 105mm x 60 mm made out of size 1.25 mm thick MS sheet for doors with one or more rebates including mild steel hinges, 100 mm long , medium weight of required nos and 25 mm x 3 mm flat iron as in hold fast , tie bar including necessary fixing lugs, lock strike plate and fixing arrangement and making good the disturbed surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concete 1:2:4 type B-1 including PCC 1:3:6 type C1 as in back fill to chowkats complete all as specified and directed.

S&F pressed steel cup board frame of size 60mmx40mm, made out of mild steel sheet 1.25mm thick with rebate 20mm wide and 12mm deep including mild steel hinges, 100 mm long,medium weight and making good the disturbed surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concete 1:2:4 type B-1 including PCC 1:3:6 type C1 as in back fill to chowkats complete all as specified and directed.
