E-Tender for supply of trees complete creation and maintenance of 50000 numbers of trees plantation for the year 2023-24 at various Khasra numbers in Maidan Garhi II Forest Ridge Land under South Forest Division for the duration of 01 year

Supply of Trees:- Cost of sapling at the site, providing native forestry tree species ranging in height from 5 to 6 feet, shifted in a 30 cm poly-bag per direction officer. in-charge and well-developed, full of fresh and healthy leaves. Name & quantity of species list enclosed Annexure-A & B

CREATION WORK: (a) Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 15 cm measured at a height of 30 cm above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared. (1 ha = 10,000 sqm X 50 ha = 5,00,000 sqm ); (b) Supplying and stacking of well decayed cattle manure at site including royalty and carriage up-to 5 k.m. lead complete (Cattle manure measured in stacks will reduced by 8% for Payment) 0.054 cum. per plant X 50,000 plant = 2700 cum. (c) Digging holes in ordinary soil and refilling the same with the excavated earth mixed with manure or sludge in the ratio of 2:1 by volume (2 parts of stacked volume of earth after reduction by 20% : 1 part of stacked volume of manure after reduction by 8%) flooding with water, dressing including removal of rubbish and surplus earth, if any, with all leads and lifts (cost of manure, sludge or extra good earth if needed to be paid for separately)(2.14.3) Holes 60 cm dia, and 60 cm deep. (d) Schedule of requirement of Neem Cake: Supply and spreading of good quality Neem Cake manure free from impurities per plant 100 gm X 50000 plants = 5,000 Kg. Neem Cake Note: - Total 5,000 Kg Neem Cake are to be required in 01 (One) year. (e) Schedule of requirement of Vermi Compost: Supply and spreading of good quality Vermi Compost manure free from impurities per plant 200g X 50,000 plants = 10000 kg Vermi Compost. Note: - Total 10000 kg Vermi Compost are to be required in 01 (One) year. (f) Schedule of requirement of Anti-termite (Chlorpyrifos): Supply and spreading of good quality Anti-termite free from impurities (2.5 ml per plant every 3 month) per plant 10ml X 50,000 plants =500 L Anti-termite. Note: - Total 500 L Anti-termite are to be required in 01 (One) year (g) Plantation of Trees, Shrubs, and Hedge at site i/c watering and removal of unserviceable material’s as per direction of officer in charge (excluding cost of plant & water) (2.57.1) Trees Plant. (h) Providing and watering of plants with Sewage Treated (STP) water through water tanker of Horticulture features at the site of work. Water tanker having 5000 liter capacity with one labour for watering i/c cost of water, filling of tanker, watering at the site with all leads and lifts as per direction of officer-in-charge. After plantation, watering around each plant with 25 L of water per plant (including cost of water tanker and manpower) (h) Providing and watering of plants with Sewage Treated (STP) water through water tanker of Horticulture features at the site of work. Water tanker having 5000 liter capacity with one labour for watering i/c cost of water, filling of tanker, watering at the site with all leads and lifts as per direction of officer-in-charge. After plantation, watering around each plant with 25 L of water per plant (including cost of water tanker and manpower)

Complete Maintenance Work : 01 year maintenance of 50,000 sapling at various Khasra numbers in Maidan Garhi -II under South Forest Division including watering with Sewage Treated (STP) water (through water tanker), cleaning, soil work with hoes & khurpis, weeding, light pruning, watch & ward 24 hours, maintenance of fencing & fire line as per site requirement, spreading cow dung manure, removal of rubbish from plantation site, area casualty replacement. Insecticides, Pesticides, Fungicides, anti-termite treatment etc. would be required to be applied as and when required or as per instructions of DRO/Range In-charge / concerned Range. PVC pipe, generator, tools, would be required to be applied/utilized by the contractor for watering the plants with STP water: Installation of boards at each plantation site specification all details of plantation site: Year of creation – Area – Species planted – Map etc.
