Planning, Designing and construction of Civil External development works (B (i-xi) , Horticulture & Landscape, gate and guard room, Boundary Wall, sewerage+effluent treatment plant ,water cooler , water treatment plant with RO , Tubewell and sewage & drainage pump approval of the same by the Engineer- in-Charge

Planning, Designing and Construction on EPC Basis of INFRASTRUCTURE & EXTERNAL DEVELOPMENT – Electrical Works such as Electrical sub station ,DG set , UPS System , LED Street light , CCTV syste , Solar photo voltaic power generation system, Access control system, LAN System , IP Based EPABX system and Emergency Light and Illuminated digital signages with support services & allied facilities by incorporating stipulated specifications, all services including handing over complete as per scope of work and directions of Engineer In charge.

Low Side Sanitary Fixtures, Fittings, Electrical Fixtures, Fittings, DB’s, Panel etc and any other Capital Equipments and accessories which requires maintenance ESS, DG SETS, TRANSFORMER and as per CPWD Maintenance Manual 2019: Comprehensive maintenance ESS, DG SETS, Transformer units after three year warranty charges/maintenance. The rates shall be inclusive of all spare, accessories, consumbles, manpower, tools and tackles, replacement of parts, (except fuel , power and water) including routine servicing and maintenance of equipment etc complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge.
