Design, fabrication, supply and shifting of all materials in good condition to the site and installation supervision, final allignment, i.e., matching with existing busducts in all respect& submission of installation drawings and documents of total Bus Duct & its section wise at new coke yard substation, which includes the following activities: - 140X10mm Insulated Aluminium bus bars (Electrical grade) including fabrication, bending, cutting, painting and supply of necessary ss/cadmium bolts and nuts, etc. - 3mm thick MS plate and suitable angular steel supports within busduct and provide inspection windows where ever necessary & any additional supports out of rolled MS sections, plates, etc. including internal&external painting works, i.e., shot blasting & powder coat painting suitable to matching with existing external busduct colour, welding, bolting, supply of necessary ss/cadmium bolts and nuts, etc. - FRP Sheets for segregation of Bus bars inside Bus duct sections - Rubber gaskets of suitable size for both sections - Space heater wiring works - Miscellaneous items as required including supply of all GI/SS hardware materials like ss/cadmium bolts and nuts, all labour and materials and complete as per approved drawings, specifications of this tender and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.
