NOTES :- In case description of any two or more items of the schedule ‘A’ is same and the tenderer quotes different rates for such items, only lowest rate of such items will be considered for acceptance and subsequently payment will be made upon execution of the items accordingly.

Taking down ceiling fans of any size, any make fixed/hanged at different location in AFS Hakimpet, dismantling the fan complete cleaning and re-assembling the same including replacing the existing down rods with anti suicide down rods, split spins flexible copper cable of size 23/0.0076 twin core, 70 cm long and refixing the ceiling fan on the same location in original position, testing and commissioning of fan for smooth running, as per entire satisfaction and complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (i) Quoted rate by tenderer of any item of the schedule is inclusive of taking down the ceiling fans from the position and re-fixing/hanging in position connecting and testing complete. (ii) Anti suicide down rods and spares replacement shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate items. (iii) Old MS down rod to be deposited at AGE E/M store yard.

Supply and fixing in replacement of unserviceable rubber bush with clamping set, GI nut bolts and split pin with new one complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply 12" gold life smart down rod (Anti suicide fan rod) MS pipe zinc plated, 19mm OD, 1.8+/- 0.05mm thick, spring set grade 3 carbon steel material zinc plated, MSME tested for performance test and opening at impact load of 22 kgf + and spring hidden in pipe will expand to about 1 mtr or more, powder coated white colour for ceiling fans of any size with all accessories complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Ceiling fans, complete with three blade, down rod, accessories 230V, 1200mm sweep, with Squirrel cage induction motor, Non-BLDC, power consumption not to exceed 40W, BEE 3 star rated as per latest BEE norms in vogue at the time of supply complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Model: Havells ES40/ Orient New breeze/Bajaj sabse Tezz.

Supply and fix electric water heater, vertical storage type with ferroglass coated anti-rust inner container and heating element upto 2 KW capacity 25 litre, heavy duty anode rod, preset thermal cutout, BEE 5 Star rated as per latest BEE norms (i.e. standing losses ≤ 0.465 kWh/24 hour/45°C which is only valid till 31st Dec 2025, material shall be supplied as per latest revision at the time of supply, complete with all accessories such as safety valve, thermostat, NRV, connection piece(hot and cold water connection pipe) etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Model: Havells Monza DX or similar

S & F earth plug and socket, single pole, neutral sheet metal enclosures with a two pin, plug and socket 20Amp, 240 volts with and including one MCB, SP, 20A, 240 Volts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix stop valve of dia 15 mm with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix bib tap of dia 15 mm cast iron alloy with crutch or butterfly handle screwd for iron pipe to outlet pipe of geyser complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix of any length GI pipe of dia 15 mm dia, ISI marked, medium grade including connection sockets, elbow and tee for connecting pipes etc to the existing pipeline including civil work required if any and connecting pipe to inlet and outlet of the geyser complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Supply and fix exhaust fan, 200mm sweep, plastic body, power consumption not to exceed 28W, noise level not to exceed 34dB including meshes/louvers complete including any civil work required to fix the exhaust fan in position on existing windows all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Supply and fix Exhaust fan, steel body, AC Single phase 230 V, 50Hz, of size 300 mm sweep with blades, frame andsturdy steel bird guard, powder coated metal finish, noise level<50dB including providing wire mesh to cover the hole complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Model: Havells Ventil Air DSP or similar

S&F wall mounted fan, 400mm sweep, oscillating, plastic body, electric corded, copper motor, 3 speed control complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

M&L for point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) multi stranded copper conductor, single core, FR-LSH PVC insulated & unsheathed cable in accordance with IS 694 with proper colour coding, 1100 volts grade drawn in ISI marked MMS non-metallic PVC conduit of size not less than 20mm dia conforming to IS 9537:latest, surface type terminated in sunken type GI sheet metal flush boxes of 16 Gauge (i.e. 1.6mm thickness) including all accessories and using 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) stranded copper conductor single core conductor, FR-LSH PVC insulated & unsheathed cable as in earth wire connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified and directed for following:-

NOTES :- NOTE :- (i) Quoted rate shall be deemed to include the cost of cutting chases in walls / pillars /column etc. of any description for concealing the boxes to required depth & making good the disturbed surface in CM 1:4 including finishing the surface to match with the existing surface. If the building is stone masonry, diamond tools must be used to cut the surfaces. In case the flush box needs to be installed on surface, prior approval must be taken from the Engineer-in-charge and surface modular boxes made of FR grade ABS of minimum 1mm thickness with rounded corners need to be used instead of metal flush boxes. (ii) Fittings like switches, sockets, regulators, lamp holders, light fittings shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Schedule `A'. (iii) The quoted rates shall be deemed to be inclusive for provision and installation of conduits, covering sunken boards/terminal boxes / junction boxes of any shape and size modular white colour cover plate with frame and modular metal flush box. All metal boxes and plates to be of the same make as the switches mentioned in this schedule. (a) One light / exhaust fan / ceiling fan point controlled by one, one way switch

All as per item No. 13 but with 4 sq mm size FRLSH PVC insulated and unsheathed 1100 volts grade single core stranded (Multistrand) copper conductor cable for earth plug socket complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F ceiling rose surface bakelite 63.5 x 20 mm, three terminals, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix modular switch 6 Amp, one way, 1 module, 230 volts AC circuit complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix modular switch 16 Amp, one way, 1 module, 230 volts AC circuit complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for cutting round holes suitable for fixing of exhaust fan of size 300 mm into through stone walls built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar and making good in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 as required and plastering in CM 1:4 external / internal surfaces and finished to match with the existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply, installation, fixing, testing and commissioning AC Split type, Intellisense inverter technology compressor, Five star energy saving unit, single phase, cooling capacity 2.0 TR, including Remote Control unit, Plasma filter for better indoor air quality with minimum 5 star rating electric driven and split AC copper condensing unit (outdoor unit) fixed on suitable size perforated angle iron frame for mounting condensing units as required and evaporator grouted in side room at suitable height with provision of outlet PVC pipe for draining out condensed water up to floor level and gas connection by soldering or brazing including extra copper pipe duly insulated by insulated material & gas where as required and testing after installation complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix sheet metal powder coated double pole enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket flushing in wall including 20 Amps rated double pole MCB 10 KA, "C" curve complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 170 V to 260 V with output voltage stabilized at 230 V with accuracy of ± 2.5% and of capacity 5 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

S & F sheet metal enclosure powder coated for MCB DB SPN 12 way double door with IP-42 protection with Din rail and busbar complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing MCB TPN, 63 Amps in `C’ series having current rating 10 KA complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MCB single pole, 6 to 32 Amps in `C’ series having current rating 10 KA complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for submain wiring alongwith earth wire of 1 x 6.0 sqmm with 4 x 6.0 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated, unsheathed, multistranded, 1100 Volts grade copper conductor cable single core, drawn through and including PVC Conduit/ casing capping maintaning the colour coding as per electric rules and all required accessories of suitable size consealedion wall/roof complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Four runs of 6.0 Sqmm copper cable and one runs 6.0 sqmm copper cable for earth wire and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit length.

M&L for submain wiring with 2 x 4.0 Sqmm and 1x 4 sqmm earth wire FRLS PVC insulated, unsheathed, multistranded, 1100 Volts grade copper conductor cable single core, drawn through and including PVC Conduit/ casing capping maintaning the colour coding as per electric rules and all required accessories of suitable size consealedion wall/roof complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Two runs of 4.0 Sqmm copper cable, one run 4 Sqmm copper cable for earth wire and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit length.

S&F Main switch 125 Amp 4 pole complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply, laying and connecting, LT UG cable XLPE insulated, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor laid in trenches/on poles/walls/in ducts/passing through pipes etc including jointing materials such as cable glands, lugs etc of size 70 Sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth, for foundations/taking out/in cables/pipes etc or for shafts, well cess pits,man holes, pier holes etc but not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and getting out

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25 cm thick in soil complete all as specified and directed

Removing surplus soil obtained from excavation to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting paint complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fill dry river sand in trenches for cable cushioning over and below the cable complete all as specified and directed. ( The punned thickness shall only be measured)

Supply and fix precast concrete cable covers class LV type 1, flat size 250 x 150 x 40 mm M-20 grade concrete laid dry for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode of size 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at depth not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level surrounded from all sides by 15 cm thick and packed layer of charcol dust and common salt filling in alternate layers and electrode connected by GI earth lead wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers connected to test termination point protected by 40mm bore GI pipe light grade and GI pipe light grade 20mm bore for watering and including funnel, wire mesh, RCC pit cover and PCC chamber pit with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 including exluvation and earth work, disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I complete all as specified and directed.

Note:- (i) The unit rate shall include for GI water pipe, protection pipe wire mesh, funnel, excavation, RCC pit cover, PCC, test point, G I earth lead wire wire 4 mm dia from top of earth plate upto 5 mtr (ii) PCC pit shall be provided at least 1.5m away from the earth pit and extra cost of additional length of water pipes and fixing junction, Elbows etc. shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate. (iii) RCC pit cover shall be percast of RCC 1:2:4, type B-1, 80 mm thick reinforced with XPM weighing not less than 4kg/Sqm in liue of cast iron cover.

S&F switch socket outlet combination, multipurpose, three pin, 15 Amps & three pin 5 Amps controlled by one switch , flush type, 230 volts AC circuit complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M/L for Sub main wiring with 2 runs of PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded single core copper conducter 1.5 Sqmm drawn through PVC conduit including accessaries with 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated earth wire fixed to the existing wall with saddles, screws etc after removing the unserviceable wiring and connecting up ,all as directed. Note: 2 runs of cable and one run earth wire and conduit will be measured as one length.

Supply and lay cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16 sqmm 4 core.
