The Railway reserves the right to place orders for entire or bulk quantity on firms having proven satisfactory past performance of supply of same/similar items for at least 20% of tender quantity in preceding three years against single order as per clause 16.4 of GTC

The Railway reserve the right to place orders for entire or bulk quantity on OEMs or their authorized dealers.

Other than OEM dealer/distributor/stockiest to submit valid dealership/distributors ship/stockiest certificate along with the quotation failing which the offer will be treated as rejected.

Technical literature to be submitted by the bidder along with their offer.

Bidders, if complying the specification has to mandatorily upload self certified copy of the specification with their offer, otherwise the offers without the specification will be summarily rejected.

Tenderer has to specify make/brand and model in their offer falling which their offer will be passed over.

MSE purchase preference as per Cl. No. 23 of ER GTC is applicable.

MII purchase preference as per Cl. 28 of ER GTC is applicable.

Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.

Inspection by TPI.

Manufacturer/Suppliers trade mark along with year and month of manufacture to be embossed marked the product/Boxes/Cartons as stipulated in specification/Drawings.

Guarantee/warranty shall be as specified in relevant specification when ever this clause is not cover in the specification IRS guarantee/warranty clause will apply. For any sub assembly or part of main equipment, where specification has not indicated any guarantee/warranty in specific guarantee/warranty will be 18 months from the date of supply or 12 months from the date of commissioning whichever is earlier, treated of IRS guarantee/warranty clause.

Material test certificate from the Government recognized laboratory or OEM to be submitted during inspection/supply of materials.

Other than OEM or authorized dealer/distributor/stockiest purchasing documents from valid authorized dealer/distributor/stockiest to be submitted during inspection/supply of materials.
