Material and labour for taking the gear box mechanism with necessary equipments carefully without any damaging and taking out to the authorised workshop/OEM service center if necessary or repair/replacement of gear oil, oil seal, pinion, reduction pinion, main gear, secondary reduction gear, shaft, bearing, coupling and other spares as required for proper functioning and refixing the same in its original position making all connections testing all parameters like CT & LT suitable for 5 ton cranes and complete all as specified and directed. Note : Including transportation to and from the site and the cost for the same is deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Periodical maintenance by the OEM company each month of various Fire Alarm systems including checking, testing, cleaning of Smoke Detectors, Heat Detectors, manual call points, Hooters, Sirens etc.. by carrying out preventive Maintenance and corrective Maintenance for trouble free and efficient functioning of entire system, replacement of the accessories connected to the Fire Alarm systems for the buildings at computer centre, Drona, Cad Cam, Knowledge centre, DOFS, AIC, Structural lab, QCD, CTC, Hypersonic, Digital video, DOI, Design centre, Assembly facility, PJ-10(W/C), New RCS, ACC. The work is to be carried out all as directed. Note : Spares if any required shall be measured and paid under the relevant items of schedule. and labour element is deemed to be included in rate quoted.

Supply and fixing in repairs chain pully suitable for existing size of HOT crane upto 3 ton complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for fabricating feeder distribution layout board on acrylic sheet of thickness 3mm and size as required at site designing the layout as per the sketch provided by the Engr-in-charge using ecosolvent print including lamination and fixing to the wall using necessary fixing nuts, bolts and spares as required at site. The job includes removing of old layout board from its position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 30 Ton EOT crane synchronization of 2 cranes controlling panel by 1 radio remote control system connected to the existing 2 panels including control wiring system with connected items testing & commissioning of radio remote control to synchronization of 2 cranes all control switch operated with the remote control system at a time without any failure. Inspection of all control switches to be checked in front of approved crane OEM signed by User and copy to be submitted for Engr-in-charge without any fail.

Dismantling and taking down of old unserviceable LT panel board of 10 Ton EOT crane at VTF Bldg by disconnecting all electrical and mechanical connections of panel board and old unserviceable panel board shall be deposited to AGE E/M store yard and removing all materials to make the good surface/wall/installations all as specified and directed.

Supply & Install in replacement of LT panel suitable for 10Ton EOT crane at VTF Bldg for 3 Phase 440 Volts indoor type cubical compartmentalized vermin and water proof fabricated by CPRI approved out of 2.0 mm thick CRCA sheet powder coated, indicating lamps and internal wiring with suitable size of PVC insulated copper wire, with angle iron suitable size frame bottom of the panel board fixing arrangement as per the existing size and VVVF drive control of suitable capacities with control panel including all suitable contactors controlled all radio remote control system all parameters like CT/LT and Hoisting checking and functioning of gear box, push buttons/station limit switches electric components, control wires/cables. Painting of base frame including one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint and all as specified and as per IS specifications and as directed.

M&L in replacement of Festoon cable for control panel with proper hanging arrangements complete all as specified and directed
