Drilling of bore holes of 100mm to 150mm dia. i/c providing labour,material & machinery required for carrying out soil testing for bearing capacity of soil complete as per direction of Engineer In Charge performing standard penetration test as per IS-3121-1981. Taking disturbed and undisturbed samples at every 0.75m interval upto 6.0mt. depth and 1.50m intetval upto 6.0mt depth or at change of starat as per relevant IS specification complete i/c drilling of all types of soil other than boulders and rocky. Showing soil profile depth of water table, filled up soil, rocky strata etc. Net Safe / allowable bearing capacity at a depth decided by Engineer In Charge preprationand submission of detailed soil investigation report in triplicate.

For first 5.0 meters depth (4x5 = 20m)

Carrying out DCP test using Standard Apparatus upto the depth of 15 Mtr.

Extra for additional depth for item no.1 for every metre depth (Time of completion of this job is 15 days from the date issue of work order 4X10 m=40 m)

Consultancy services for preparation of detailed esitmate and detailed working drawings of sound installation & acoustics, false ceiling, air conditioning etc. complete, preparation of structural design & and drawings for the dispensary. Carrying out structural design should include earthquake factor, soil report i/c bar bending schedule and supplying of six sets of drawings for structural as well as working drawings including site visit whenever required and Issuance of all corrected drawings as required by the engineer-in-charge for which no extra payment will be made. Note 1: - Any revision in structural drawings/ design due to site constraints or otherwise shall be carried out by the constulant at his own cost as per direction of Engineer in charge & will provide 6 nos of sets of structural drawing/ design. No extra payment will be made for supplying for corrected drawing as required by the Engineer in charge during the execution of work 2. The time period of the consultancy will be one month. (i) All structural drawings along with soil report in six sets will be issued within 30 days from the date of issue of work order (ii) Monthly inspections of the site as required by the engineer-in-charge (iii) A penelty of 1% per week, maximum 10% of contractual amount will be levied on the delay in providing any design & drawing by the consultant. (iv) Contract can be terminated at any time for the delay & any lapse on the part of consultant and a penelty of 10% will be levied. (v) Mode of payment (a) 40% on submission structural drawings. (b) 20% on completion of 50% strcutural work. (c) 20% on completion of all strcutural work. (d) 20% on completion of total work. Note :-(b),(c),(d) shall be payble during the course of execution of the main project and extended period if any upto the completion of the project, nothing extra shall be payble to the consultant for any extended period for the construction work.
