Earthwork excavation in all classes of soil except Kankar / Soft disintegrated rock not requiring blasting, medium rock and hard rock requiring blasting and depositing on bank with all leads and lifts as per SS20B, including cost of all labour, equipments and all incidental charges such as baling our water, providing and maintaining necessary cofferdams, sheeting, shoring bracing and their subsequent removal, removal of all logs, stumps, grubs and other deleterious matter and obstructions, trimming bottom of excavation backfilling, and clearing the site and disposal of all surplus materials etc., complete as per relevant standard specification for FOUNDATION OF BOX CULVERT AND RETURN WALL.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (one part of cement, four part of Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand) and eight part of coarse aggregates) using 40mm size ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and including for the mixing, laying and labour charges and all incidential charges such as water providing etc., complete as per standard specification for LEVELLING COURSE OF BOX CULVERT AND RETURN WALL.

Vibrated Reinforced Cement Concrete M25 Grade using 20mm ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, including cost and labour charges for formwork and centering, labour charges, compacting, curing, and all incidental charges etc., complete for BOTTOM SLAB OF BOX CULVERT.

Vibrated Reinforced Cement Concrete M25 Grade using 20mm ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, including cost and labour charges for formwork and centering, labour charges, compacting, curing, and all incidental charges etc., complete for BODY WALL OF BOX CULVERT.

Vibrated Cement Concrete M25 Grade using 20mm ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, including cost and labour charges for formwork and centering, labour charges, compacting, curing, and all incidental charges etc., complete for TOP SLAB OF BOX CULVERT.

Providing and fixing 100mm dia PVC SEEPAGE PIPES of required length for abutment and wing, retaining wall including cost and conveyance of all materials to worksite cost and labour for semi-sperical back fill arrangements with 100mm size broken granite stones at the periphery and labour charges for fixing etc., complete to drain the back fill as per standard specifications in BOX CULVERT AND RETURN WALL.

Supply and fabrication of steel Grade Fe-500 / required for all RCC items of works involved in the schedule including cost of steel cost of fabrication labour charges for cleaning the bars straightening cutting bending tying grills hoisting and placing the reinforcement in position as specified in the drawings including cost of binding wire provision of spacer bars, cover blocks and all other incidental charges etc. complete as per standard specification.

Providing and laying in position Standardised Concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS 456 - 2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement contenet of 325Kg/ cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55 including admixture (Plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, related setting of concrete, improve workability without imparing strength and durability with about (5.0cum), 7730Kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cum), 5156kg of 10 - 12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79cum) 7670 kg of Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand), but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra cost etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers
