Taking down copper/aluminium earthing strip from roof surface and refixing in same position including with including necessary accessories all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) in ground floors and paving n. exc. 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars,etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as directed.

Taking down cement plaster from brick or concrete surfaces of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as directed.

Dismantling old rusted/ unserviceable, mild steel work such as steel gate with fittings of any description and other section etc and removing same from work site complete including necessary cutting in brick walls exc. 1.5 Sq. M each, but n. exc. 4.00 Sq. M each complete all as specified & as directed

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforcement) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for all as specified and as directed.

Materials and Labour for 100 mm thick plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B2 using 40 mm graded aggregate as in sub base in floor/paving/hardstanding , complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B0 using 12.5mm graded aggregate in lintels up to 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings up to 60 cm in height,copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs,water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed including necessary from work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-O (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs or mud stops, padding concrete to roof or chamfered an edges etc including form work straight or curved finished fair end even to a surface all as specified and as directed.

Scraping of grass/bushes etc by manually from sides of buildings of any position including removing of rubbish from the site to a distance exc 1000m but and deposited as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Removing of soil/moorum from roof/sides of wall surface and filling the moorum with laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick spread, levelled & rammed including watering with minimum proctor denisity 95% after treatment of wall/roof all as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Maroom/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick spread, levelled & rammed including watering with minimum proctor denisity 95% all as specified and as directed.

Materials and Labour for brick work with fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6M mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for rolled mild steel,Fe 410-W (Grade E-250) Quality-A in in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, Doors etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with & including either hooks & hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails & guides) & hanging; also fastening & fixing complete complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel, plain black sheet 1.25mm thick in wall cladding, steel gates & similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets & fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. as required complete complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2 using 40 mm graded aggregates as in plinth protection including finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement and laid in panels including joints filled with sealing compound grade A complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of PVC water tanks of capacity exceeding 300 litres but not exceeding 500 litres including chemical treatment with Anti-bacterial agent consisting of following process: - Dewatering the tank with submersible pump, de-silting and removing of left over dirty water up to 100 to 150 mm in the bottom of the tank and sludge with special sludge pump, cleaning of walls and ceiling with special mechanized high pressure jet machines by rotary jet system at 100-120 Bar pressure (120 Kg /sq cm) which dislodges the layer of dirt, algae, fungus stuck on its surface usage of scrubbing machines for old stains and cleaning chemicals if required of make Eureka Forbes Ltd, floor of the dirty tank should be thoroughly cleaned up by fry jet cleaner to accumulate all dirt ,the remaining sludge should than be removed by sludge pumps, the dirt silt and other foreign material should further be removed by Industrial Vacuum Cleaners to make the floor totally dirt free, application/spraying of Anti-Bacterial chemicals to ensure total sterilization of tank from the inside, inside of the tank should be treated with specially developed 4 ft long ultraviolet Radiator to kill further floating bacteria/virus in order to make the tank totally clean, bacteria free and safe for storage of drinking water. All the above operations should be executed by trained workers and technicians, properly dressed along with gum boots, to work as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Material and Labour for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer on new steel and iron surface exceeding 10 cm in width or girth including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 5mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:3 on ceiling including finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and Labour for rendering 10 mm thick, cement plaster, in cement mortar (1:6) on surface fair face of brickwork in walls and finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for rendering 5 mm thick, cement plaster, in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound as per manufactures instructions over and including 10mm thick backing coat in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in walls, complete all as specified and directed. Note: - (Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately)

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound conforming to IS: 2645 - 1975 specification complete all as specified and as directed (Make : CICO No- 1/SIKA/ACCO PROOF).

M&L for preparing old decorated plastered or unplasterd surfaces of wall including cornices, pilasters and other wall features etc by brooming down or steel wire brushing/sand paper, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc and removing extra wall papdi ,peel off wall papdi by sand paper and making good with putty as per existing thickness and applying one coat acrylic distemper on old surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.complete all as specified and directed Make;Berger (Bison)/J&N(Jensolin)/Asain Piants(Tractor)/Nerolac(Beauty)

M&L for preparation of existing treated surfaces of wall including cornices, pilasters and other wall feathers etc by washing rubbing down and stopping and applying one coat of100 % Acrylic Exterior Emulsion paint (Berger,Weather coat Advanced XP Brand/Asain Paints :Apex ultima Brand /ICI:Dulux Weather shield Max Brand/J&N:Safeguard Optima Brand painting on old surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

All as Item No.28 as above but on roof surface of AC sheets complete all as specified and directed.Note (Work shall be exectuted through authorised applicator and shall be get approved by GE before commencement of work)

M & L for applying Two 100 % Acrylic Exterior Emulsion paint in camouflage pattern (Three colours as approved by GE) (Berger,Weather coat Advanced XP Brand/Asain Paints :Apex ultima Brand /ICI:Dulux Weather shield Max Brand/J&N:Safeguard Optima Brand over a coat of exterior wall primer on new concrete/wall surfaces up to 15 Mtr height including all necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and directed. (Work shall be exectuted through authorised applicator and shall be get approved by GE before commencement of work)

Material and Labour for complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coats of fire retardant paint premium quality , white or tinted over and including priming with fire resistant priming paint as per manufacturer,s instruction to old plastered or unplastered surfaces on walls including preparation of surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for post contructional antitermite for treatment of soil under existing floors using emulsion @ one litre per hole, 300 mm apart including drilling and plugging 12 mm dia holes with cement mortar 1:2 to match the existing floors complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing and injecting chemical emulsion for post contructional antitermite along the external wall below concrete or masonry apron using chemical emulsion @ 2.25 litres per linear metre including drilling and plugging holes etc. in apron complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing and injecting chemical emulsion for post contructional at points of contact of wood work by chemical emulsion (in oil or kerosene based solution) @ 0.5 litre/hole by drilling 6mm dia holes at a downward angle of 45 degree at 150mm centre to centre and sealing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces using polyester triangular fibres mixed @ 0.25% or as per manufactures instructions by and using WPC as per manufacturer’s instructions with and including finishing cement concrete / plastered surfaces even & smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Polyester triangular fibres and WPC shall be measured and paid separately) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only polyester triangular fibres as secondary reinforcement in all types of concrete or mortars as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for brushing in two layers using water proofing layer of PIDIFIN 2 k or any other similar material of any approved make (Fosroc/Sika) to give a layer of not less than 1.50 mm thick on newly plastered surface complete all as specified and as directed..

Repairs to crack of brick work/concrete work including preparing of surface cleaning thoroughly and applying SIKA Top -122 cement based polymer modified trixotropic mortar or any other similar component as per manufacturer instruction finished to match with the existing complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description or cement concrete (not exc. 60mmm depth) including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water to make the surface absolutely free from loose dust, dirt, oil, grease, foreign materials etc. and removing rusts from rusted re-inforcement by applying Dr, Fixit rust remover to RCC blast pane wall/ceiling in any position including protective coating to rusted re-inforcement by applying a single coat of Dr. Fixit epoxy zinc primer (rate of application as per manufacturer's instruction) or equivalent make including removal of all scale and corrosion deposits to effected re-inforcement and applying two coats of Dr. Fixit epoxy bonding agent (rate of application as per manufacturer's instruction) on old concrete with Drilling holes @ 150mm C/C both way 150mm depth at an angle 45 degree and supply and fixing of MS nozzles in position 8mm dia, 75mm long, outer threaded both ends, properly tied with Dr. Fixit concrete repair mortar about 30-40mm wide and 2-3 mm thick band, including hire charges and providing polyurethane injection grout through pre fixed MS nozzle using Dr. Fixit PU Plain injection of M/S Pidilite Industries Ltd; 2 component injection resin system by pressure gauge pump in slow rate (3kg/Sqcm), storing, mixing and application to be done strictly in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions with and including providing pre-packed, three component structural grade epoxy mortar (Dr. Fixit repair mortar) of Pidilite Industries Ltd Storing, mixing and application to be done strictly in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions including for applying two coats of protective coating using Dr. Fixit Pidifin 2K @ 1.5 Kg/ Sqm each coat including preparation of old concrete/plastered surface to concrete surfaces complete necessary scaffolding supports, prop etc. complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:entire operation shall be done by the approved manufacturer or their authorized applicator and deemed to be included in the unit rate.Note:The period of guarantee for the treatment shall be 7(seven) years from the certified date of completion and Condition 46 of the GCC(IAFW-2249) shall be deemed to be amended to the extent mentioned above.

Materials and Labour for waterproofing treatment to existing RCC roof in the following steps complete all as specified and directed. (i) Complete removal of the existing water proofing treatment. (ii) Wire brushing and cleaning top surface of tiles, lime terracing or cement concrete, including flashings and junction of parapets, etc., and surface painting, with a layer of blown grade bitumen of any penetration applied hot @ 1.7 kg per sq. m, blinded with grit or pea size gravel @ 0.006 cu.m per sq.m, and lightly tampered (area of flashings, etc., shall be added to the roof area) (iiii) Supply and Laying, chicken wire mesh of size 12.5 mm x 0.51 mm (24 SWG) hexagonal construction including all laps, cutting and waste in fabric reinforcement to PCC roof padding including providing 40 mm thick plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B0using 12.5 mm graded aggregates as in roof padding. (iv) Providing 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:3), mixed with liquid water proofing compound as per manufactures instructions, on concrete surface of roofs or terracing and finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement. (iv) Waterproofing treatment over smooth finished surfaces after application of cold applied bituminous primer @ 0.30 Kg /Sq M,, providing and laying APP polymer, modified, non-woven polyester fabric of 150 grams/square metre, reinforced membrane, 3.00 mm thick, weighing 3.00 Kg / Sq M, with surface finish of white mineral, by torch on application method, with minimum 75 mm overlap on longitudinal direction and 100 mm overlap on the transverse direction Note : Leak proof test shall be carried out by ponding with water for 72 hrs as directed by EIC

(iv) Providing 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:3), mixed with liquid water proofing compound as per manufactures instructions, on concrete surface of roofs or terracing etc and finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement. (iv) brushing in two layers using water proofing layer of PIDIFIN 2 k or any other similar material of any approved make (Fosroc/Sika) to give a layer of not less than 1.50 mm thick on newly plastered surface complete all as specified and as directed. Note:The period of guarantee for the roof treatment shall be 8(Eight) years from the certified date of completion and Condition 46 of the GCC(IAFW-2249) shall be deemed to be amended to the extent mentioned above.
