Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material upto approved dumping site as per direction of Engineer - in - charge : Nominal concrete 1:3:6 (One isto Three isto six ) or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix), including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within all leads and disposal of material upto approved dumping site : For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm (Ten milimeter to Twenty five milimeter), including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Excavation work by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m (One point five meter) in width or 10 sqm (Ten square meter) on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto all leads, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soils up to approved dumping site, Ordinary rock , including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc. , including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement 1:1.5:3 (One cement isto One point five coarse sand isto Three graded stone aggregate) 20 mm (Twenty milimeter) nominal size, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:3:6 (One Cement isto three coarse sand isto six graded stone aggregate) 20 mm (Twenty milimeter) nominal size, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Kota stone slab flooring over 20 mm (Twenty milimeter) (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1: 4 (One cement isto Four coarse sand) : 25 mm (Twenty five milimeter) thick, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and placing in position 100 mm (One hundred milimeter) thick factory made machine batched & machine mixed Precast RCC Rectangular Covers on drains of footpath of various sizes, of M-25 grade cement concrete for RCC work, including cost of centering, shuttering, reinforcement of 8 mm (Eight milimeter) dia TMT bars of Fe 500 grade @ maximum 100mm (One hundred milimeter) c/c on both ways , neat cement punning on finished surface, properly encased on all edges with 1.6 mm (One point six milimeter) thick , 100 mm ( One hundred milimeter) wide MS sheet duly painted over priming coat , reinforcement to be welded at edges with MS sheet and providing 2 (Two) Nos. 12 mm (Twelve milimeter) dia bar for hooks etc. i/c cost of cartage, all leads & lift, handling at site etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/ 10 sqm. over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/ 10 sqm. of approved brand and manufacture, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.
