PETTY REPAIR AND DAY TO DAY MAINTENANCE TO BANI CAMP, VSV AND TECH AREA AT AF STN NAJAFGARH UNDER GE (AF) TUGHLAKABAD

Fixing only in repairs Harrison rails, mild steel, chromium plated with fixing brackets, stops, rollers etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Harrison rails shall be supplied by the department under Sch 'B'. Necessary fittings required for fixing the same shall be arranged by the contractor and rate for the same shall be included in the quoted rate. Any claims by the contractor in this regard will not be considered.

Fixing only in repair towel rod/towel rail of any type, fixed with PVC rawl plug and stainless steel screws, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Tubular towel rail/Towel rod shall be supplied by department under Sch 'B'.

Fixing only in repair galvanised mild steel wire cloth 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.18 mm and fixed with tinned tacks or galvanised wire stapple. Note:- Galvanised mild steel wire cloth shall be supplied by the department under Sch 'B'. Necessary fittings like screws etc. or any other way to fix shall be arranged by the contractor and rate for same shall be included in the quoted rate. Any claims by the contractor in this regard will not be considered..

Fixing only in repairs Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks 500 litres capacity (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including dismantling old water tank and removing to store complete all as specified in SSR Part I Note:- Water tank 500 litre shall be supplied by the department under Sch 'B'. All necessary fittings required for fixing the tank in position shall be arranged by the contractor and rate for the same shall be included in the quoted rate. Any claims by the contractor in this regard will not be considered.

Fixing only in repairs Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks 1000 litres capacity (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including dismantling old water tank and removing to store complete all as specified in SSR Part I. Note:- Water tank 1000 litre shall be supplied by the department under Sch 'B'. All necessary fittings required for fixing the tank in position shall be arranged by the contractor and rate for the same shall be included in the quoted rate. Any claims by the contractor in this regard will not be considered..

Fixing only in repairs of 15 mm dia bore bib taps chromium plated cast copper alloy with crutch and butterfly handle, screwed for iron pipe, or for brass ferrule complete all as specified and as directed. Note:-Bib taps will be provided by department under Sch 'B'. During fixing of tap, all necessary fittings and fixtures as per site requirement shall be arranged by the contractor and the rate for the same shall be included in the quoted rate. Old taps must be returned back to store.

Fixing only in repairs pillar taps 15 mm dia, chromium plated cast copper alloy, with capstan heads, chromium plated, screwed down high pressure, with or without lettered 'Hot' or 'Cold' with long screwed shanks and fly-nuts, screwed for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Pillar taps will be provided by department under Sch 'B'. During fixing of tap, all necessary fittings and fixtures as per site requirement shall be arranged by the contractor and the rate for the same shall be included in the quoted rate. Old taps must be returned back to store.

Fixing only in repairs Brass CP mixer any type for mixing hot & cold water screwed down for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Mixer taps( either wall, sink or basin mixture shall be provided by the department under Sch 'B'. During fixing of mixture, all necessary fittings required shall be arranged by the contractor and rate for the same shall be included in the quoted rate. Old mixer taps must be returned back to store.

Fixing only in repairs Stop valves 15/20 mm dia, cast copper alloy CP plated, screwed down, high pressure, with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions and fixed. Note:- Stop valves shall be provided by the department under Sch 'B'. During fixing of valves, all necessary fittings required shall be arranged by the contractor and rate for the same shall be included in the quoted rate. Old stop valve must be returned back to store.

Fixing only in repairs Ball brass valves 20 mm dia, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule complete all as specified and directed. Note:-Ball valves shall be provided by the department under Sch 'B'. During fixing of valve, all necessary fittings required shall be arranged by the contractor and rate for the same shall be included in the quoted rate.
