Replacement of 145 KV bushing by new one of 40 MVA and 200 MVA Transformer under ETD Meerut

Packing, Shifting and Loading of 03 Nos. 145 KV bushings of Transformer from different Sub-Stations with following details and its unloading at 220 KV Sub-Station Modipuram and associated works to complete the job satisfactorily. (For loading of bushing at different substations Crane shall be arranged by contractor at his own cost).

220 KV Sub-Station Nirpura-01 (Distance about 44.5 Km.)

220 KV Sub-Station Charla -01 (Distance about 27 Km.)

132 KV Sub-Station Nagli Kithore-01 (Distance about 36 Km.)

Unloading of 145 KV bushings (03 No) at safe place at 220 KV S/S Modipuram and shifting them near transformers when required or directed with the help of crane.

Shifting of 20 KL oil tank from 220 KV S/S Shatabdinagar to near Transformer plinth to drain out 200 MVA Transformer oil at 220 KV Sub-station Modipuram (Distance about 35 Km.).

Drain out of Transformer oil from main tank to 20 KL oil tank up to required level with the help of centrifuging machine (Centrifuging machine with operator shall be provided by the contractor).

Opening of LV side jumpers, Dismantling of 03 Nos. LV side bushings by opening of nuts & bolts and removal from main tank of 200 MVA Transformer-I at 220 KV Sub-Station Modipuram, Meerut. Shifting of dismantled bushings from site to store as per direction of supervising engineer.

Erection of 03 Nos. new LV bushings of 200 MVA Transformer-I including replacement of gasket. (Gasket/Crane shall be arranged by the contractor).

Filling of drained Transformer oil from oil tank to Transformer main tank top up in conservator tank up to required level with the help of centrifuging machine (Machine shall be provided by the contractor).

Centrifuging of Transformer oil in main tank by Ultra high vacuum oil filtration plant after connecting the centrifuging pipe with oil tank to oil filtration plant including taking the BDV value of oil periodically till the required value is achieved. (Approx. 55 KL).

Shifting of 01 No. 145 KV Bushing form storage place to near transformer.

Drain out of Transformer oil from main tank to 20 KL oil tank up to required level by the help of centrifuging machine (Centrifuging machine with operator shall be provided by the contractor).

Opening of LV side jumpers, Dismantling of 01 No. LV side bushing by opening of nuts & bolts and removal from main tank of 200 MVA Transformer-II at 220 KV Sub-Station Modipuram, Meerut. Shifting of dismantled busing from site to store as per direction of supervising engineer.

Erection of new 01 No. LV bushing of 200 MVA Transformer-II including replacement of gasket. (Gasket/Crane shall be arranged by the contractor). Jumpering of LV side bushings and making ready for energization of transformer.

Providing and fixing of 200 MVA Aditya make Transformer MOG complete with replacement of gasket.

Filling of drained Transformer oil from oil tank to Transformer main tank top up in conservator tank up to required level by the help of centrifuging machine (Machine shall be provided by the contractor).

Centrifuging of Transformer oil in oil tank by Ultra high vacuum oil filtration plant after connecting the centrifuging pipe with oil tank to oil filtration plant including taking the BDV value of oil periodically till the required value is achieved. (Approx. 40 KL).

(For loading of bushings at 220 KV Shatabdinagar/132 KV Ganga Nagar Crane shall be arranged by contractor at his own cost).

Carriage of 03 Nos. 145 KV bushings of Transformer in private truck from 220 KV Shatabdinagar/132 KV Ganga Nagar to 132 KV Sub-Station Medical College and associated work to complete the job satisfactorily.

Unloading of 132 KV bushings (03 No) at safe place at 132 KV S/S Medical College and shifting them near transformer when required or directed with the help of crane.

Shifting of 20 KL oil tank from 220 KV S/S Modipuram to near Transformer plinth to drain out 40 MVA Transformer oil at 132 KV Sub-station Medical College (Distance about 20 Km.).

Drain out of Transformer oil from main tank to 20 KL oil tank up to required level with the help of centrifuging machine (Centrifuging machine with operator shall be provided by the contractor).

Opening of jumpers, Dismantling of 03 Nos. 132 KV bushings by opening of nuts & bolts and removal from main tank of 40 MVA Transformer at 132 KV Sub-Station Medical College, Meerut. Shifting of dismantled bushings from site to store as per direction of supervising engineer.

Erection of 03 Nos. 132 KV bushings of 40 MVA Transformer including replacement of gasket. (Gasket/Crane shall be arranged by the contractor).

Filling of drained Transformer oil from oil tank to Transformer main tank top up in conservator tank up to required level with the help of centrifuging machine (Machine shall be provided by the contractor).

Centrifuging of Transformer oil in main tank by Ultra high vacuum oil filtration plant after connecting the centrifuging pipe with oil tank to oil filtration plant including taking the BDV value of oil periodically till the required value is achieved. (Approx. 15 KL).
