Supply of PVC insulated flexible 3 core x 2.5 sq.mm multi strand power cable as per IS694:1990 reaffirmed 1995 or latest shall be of reputed make like Havells, Finolex, Orbit , Polycab or better. INSPECTION BY CONSIGNEE.

Supply of STP CAT6 (23 AWG) cable compliant with latest EIA/TIA-568-B.2-1 standard with OEM test report. Make: Digisol/MOLEX/FINOLEX/DAX or better. INSPECTION BY CONSIGNEE.

Supply of PLB-HDPE duct outer diameter 40 mm & inner diameter 33 mm as per RDSO/SPN/TC/45/2013, Rev.2.0,Amendment 1-3, or latest with all accessories as described in RDSO specifications. INSPECTION BY RDSO.

Supply of Double Walled Corrugated pipe fire resistant and anti- rodent made u p of 06 Polyethylene of Size 103.5 mm inner dia and 120mm outer dia in 6M straight length as per RDSO specification Nos. RDSO/SPN/204/ 2011 with latest amendment along with one coupler per every 6 meters. INSPECTION BY CONSIGNEE.

Supply of Full HD large format display monitor (42" or higher) capable of 24x7 operation with,Ethernet, WiFi, 2X HDMI & DVI Ports complete with all accessories and HDMI cables, remote controller. INSPECTION BY CONSIGNEE.

Supply of Mini PC consists of a Desktop CPU with a power button and speakers, 24" LED monitor and necessary connection cables and power adapter as per specifications attached in Annexure-I of the tender documents. INSPECTION BY RITES.

Supply and Erection of 15 feet Stainless steel (SS) pipe of 4'' dia of 304 grade (3mm thick +/-5% tolerance) Having SS base plate 10mm thick 30cm x 30 cm weld at the bottom of the pipe with 4 supports of SSbars of size 10 mm dia. The 3 feet pipe shall be buried in the ground and 16 12 feet shall be above the ground. The work includes digging of pit, laying of cable,erection of pole, filling the pit with 1:3:4 cement, concrete and sand. Final plastering should be done on the surface. The SS bracket on the top of the pole shall be provided for the fixing of CCTV camera and metal junction box/6U outdoor cabinate with locks and key arrangement with IP66 rating to avoid water entry, to accommadate FMS,5/15A Power sockets of 3 No.s, Media converter etc. as per drawing. (Necessary fixing and other materials including termination of power cable/CAT6 Cable and accesories for metal junction box/6U outdoor cabinet with IP66 etc. required for fixing should be borne by the contractor) SUPPLY PORTION INSPECTION BY RITES.

Fixing of 9U Rack,installation and aesthetic dress up as per instructions of site supervisor.

Supply and Fixing of 25 mm PVC conduit pipe (ISImark) conforming to IS:9537 18 medium or latest with all accessories on wall/roofs/FOBs, Cable tray or trough etc., as per the instruction of Rly representative at site. (This includes Transportation of materials from Nominated stores to site). INSPECTION BY CONSIGNEE.

Supply and Provision of multipin power socket with switch 5A/15A (6 nos) wired with 2.5 Sq.mm copper multistrand wire as per site requirement. INSPECTION BY CONSIGNEE.

Transportation and Laying of HDPE pipe as per approved cable route plan in the 20 excavated trench, taking due care while transporting and laying the same in the trenches or other protective works. Both the ends of the duct should be sealed with end plugs before laying and should remain sealed till blowing is done.

Excavation of trench as per cable route plan, 1.2 mtr deep, 300mm wide at the bottom along main line in normal soil, This work includes covering of cable laid in trenches by loose soil for a layer of 50 mm thickness approximately before covering by shahabad stone/bricks, 21 clearing of route, bushes etc and refilling of the trench by excavated soil and ramming after laying of the required quantity of cables as per instructions of Engineer at site. If it is not possible to reach the required depth at any location, then the contractor shall obtain prior approval of Engineer-in- charge before commencement of cable laying process and only then shall the proportionate payment be made to the contractor.

Excavation of cable trench 1m deep and 300mm wide across the track, for track crossing and refilling after laying of DWC/RCC/GI pipes. The work shall be done as per extant practice on W.C. Rly & instruction of Rly engineer at site.

Cutting of all types of Roads preparatory to trenching & excavation to depth of 1 Mtr 24 X 300 mm wide approximately and refilling, after laying of GI/DWC pipe and to restore the road to original condition. The work shall be done as per extant practice on W.C.Rly & instruction of Rly engineer at site.

Laying/blowing/pulling/drawal of STP cable/UTPcable/OFC cable/Power cable/Co-axial 25 cable/switch board cable through the conduit pipe or Cable trough/tray/HDPE Pipe. Other accessories required for carrying this work are to be arranged by the contractor. (This includes Transportation of materials from Nominated stores to site)

Transportation & Laying of GI/DWC/RCC pipes along with collars in trenches at places wherever required as per the instruction of the engineer at site.

Supply and fixing of Power Supply board with 5-amp socket and switch of Anchor/Leader/ Havells or similar. INSPECTION BY CONSIGNEE.

Blowing and drawing of OFC through already buried HDPE duct, taking due care while transporting and sealing both the ends after blowing. The cable should be blown according to the technical instructions of the manufacturer and the instructions of the site in-charge.

Supply & laying of well burnt bricks of size 225x100x75mm inside the trench (with the brick length being perpendicular to cable route) after laying of cable in station area from 37 Outermost to Outermost signal or at any other location as per instruction of Site Engineer. Note: - Size of bricks to be got approved by Site Engineer. In case brick size is in variance with the size given in the tender schedule then proportionate payment on volumetric basis shall be paid to contractor subject to a maximum limit of schedule rate. INSPECTION BY CONSIGNEE.

Cement, concrete work in the ratio of 1:3:6 with contactor's own material as per instruction of site engineer

Supply and Fixing of SC TYPE Rack mountable 24F Fibre managemnet system (FMS) suitable for splicing and front patching of 24F cable with all accessories and terminating the optical fibre cable with splicing and front patching in FMS in the equpiment room (OFC pigtails/patch chords of suitable length and all other material required for installation are to be supplied by contractor) (OTDR reading to besubmitted for 1310 & 1550nm). INSPECTION BY CONSIGNEE.

Horizontal directional drilling/boring without damage of surface of road/Track formation. The bore shall be 150mm dia & shall be at the proper depth as per site condition decided by engineer incharge. The ground level shall be considered ignoring the bank height of the bank of 40 the Road.The length of the bore shall be minimum 4mtrs long. This include insertion of different dia DWC/GI/HDPE pipes coupling etc. as per direction of Engineer In-charge.Note: The cost of pipe is not included in this item. Contractor shall provide all materials required for boring and adequate no of labour for proper laying of cables into the bore. Cable shall be laid cautiously so that it should not get damage due to rough handling & pressure on cable.

Splicing of 24 fibre OFC from both sides for straight through joint and testing. This includes excavation of pit & back filling & supply of all type of material and any other equipment of all types.

Supply, Transportation & installation of prefab RCC OFC chamber (specification as per drawing enclosed) & filling with river sand & termite chemical after jointing work is done. Inspection by Consignee.
